The store is never super busy when I go but I imagine it is because it seems picked over, many spots completely empty, and the customers must not respect the effort or energy it takes to clean a retail store because it usually looks pretty hit and stuff thrown here and there. I know that the employees are working and trying to fix those things but the store is more than the employees. The employees have always been attentive, courteous, professional and helpful.

Pros:- There some not a bad things that you can buy there for a dollar ( like soap, laundry detergent etc). And others.- Some cashiers are friendly and helpful ( especially Aaron).Cons:- Be careful with food especially meat stuff ! Check expiration dates.Recently bought couple sausages, felt bad after eating and tried to return second one. They don't accept returns for food stuff ( for example, Kroger does).- Sometimes it is hard to find something ( ask cashiers).Ps. I'm not so picky customer and don't compare DG with Kroger or Target. Of course, for shopping better to go to target or Kroger, but to survive - DG is ok

Price tags, for those items with price tags, may be incorrect. Prices as marked were not honored, and the excuse was that they didn’t have the staff to change the price tags; this is not an acceptable excuse. It was considerably cheaper for me to go across the street to Kroger in the end. I won’t be returning to this store.

The worst Dollar general I have ever been to. It has really gone down. The dairy coolers were broken so no milk or any frozen items which was the main reason I went there was for milk n cereal and toiletries. Best of all was the large rude cashier. She really hates her job. I made numerous attempts to be polite only to be met with the stare of death and no reply but her grunts and passed off stares as she rang up my item's she I guess was mad because I had more than like 10 items so she had to over exert herself ringing my items up I made a last attempt to say thank you again no response then I ask if I had gotten all my bags because she made me spin the thing to get my bags and she finally got a response of yes you did and got a pshhhhh followed by another stare of death. Wow I'm gonna keep being nice even though it seems it won't be reciprocated it seems by most people in retail anymore it seems ?

This store is terrible looking on the inside. I’d say you don’t pay enough to hire ppl to work here. A sad, run down store with bare shelves.
