The store is never open now they’re closed by 7 o’clock every night even though the website says they’re open till 10 PM when they are open you can’t even get through the isles because they have so much junk and items and stuff on big carts that you can’t even shop in the store why even stay open why don’t you just permanently closed down and let a dollar tree or a Family Dollar go in there and when they shut down the 7 o’clock that’s not convenient

The prices are always great, I can easily find what I need and I’m in and out just how I like it. I love my trips to Dollar General, they’re always made easy.

This store has gone down hill every since John the manager left. Customer service doesn't exist in this store. This is our neighborhood go to store and it makes me not want to go there and give them my money. We were told today they don't have a manager, she has quit not once not twice but three times. My husband went to talk to the young male worker and he walked away and mumbled something (very rude). The hours of operation are all over the place. Throw the whole store away and workers. Or just bring John back he ran that store with his eyes closed, he remained friendly, greeted you when you came in he was one awesome guy

I'm the girl with those two boys I was hanging out with when they got banned and today in school one of them told me they went with their parents and got unbanned but he told me you said I was now banned and now I'm really confused ? I would give five stars

It said it was opened but all the employees were out in there car. Whenever I do go inside this location is a mess.

It used to be a decent place to pick up sundries if you're in a pinch and don't have 5-10 minutes to drive to Kroger or Target. However, over the last few months, it's become increasingly difficult to shop there as the place is closed at random times throughout the day because of computer issues. Sometimes I'll get there and there will be a sign indicating as much. Other times, even if it's the middle of the day, there is no sign but the doors are locked. Go figure.

Ever since John left, this has gone downhill. He was a hard worker, always there, friendly. I think there was a falling out with mgmt that pissed him off. They are having a hard time hiring. So the few people that try their hand at employment there find themselves overwhelmed with system issues, cranky customers, and overall low life shenanigans. The aisles are always full of product carts, so the store is perpetually in a state of "being stocked",as if the stocker was interrupted, like every day! The line of products are just fine, it's the disarray and constant state of "half stocked" that makes this place less than desirable. They should model this store after the ideal Gahanna store. Take a page from their playbook. That one is always spotless and nothing blocking your way to walk don an aisle.

If you want to use coupons Don't Bother! They have shortened their hours so good luck getting there when their open and they will jack up your coupons and overcharge you! I tried to use my 5 off 25 but because she had her 12 year old daughter in there working, the entire transaction was jacked up Ugh Im Out 5.00 because 1. she didn't listen to me & 2 she couldn't do math. I should have just let while she was trying to figure out a coupon.
