This is my favorite store but there is always something.... This was the last straw.... I used my last $5 to buy my hair skin and nail vitamins and I get home I go through my entire day and it comes time to take them before I go to bed and I open it and it is opened the seal is broken under the cap and 12 of the vitamins are missing!! I'm so mad I waited all day to open them instead of taking them soon as I bought them then I would have known the seal was broken!!

I stopped here after work to get a few things. I have a medical issue and sometimes the urge to go to the restroom hits me rather quickly. I went to the front counter and asked for a restroom key. I offered to leave all of my items up front and the cashier told me no. He said they’ve been having “issues” with their rest room for the last few days. My question was both restrooms? Where do the employees use the restroom then? I grabbed the last couple items I needed and finished checking out. I was sweating, crossing my legs… clearly very uncomfortable, praying I make it to a restroom in time. I understand that theft is an issue but why could he not accompany me to the restroom and unlock it for me? I was wearing an ID badge from work. I would have given him my drivers license to hold for gods sake. I didn’t have any pockets or even a purse. I was just carrying my wallet and my phone. Just because I look a certain way - young and able bodied - doesn’t mean that I don’t have a legitimate medical condition. I think it’s wrong to subject anyone to this type of mistreatment.

Shopped here for many years and had no problems. Always friendly staff to help you find something or when you have questions. Heard it got robbed one time which is scary.

Tucked in a slightly scruffy strip mall, this location is clean, and packed with stuff. Aisles seem tight, shelves are fully stocked and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. All the usual home goods, snacks, etc. Some cold stuff. Some toys. Lots of specials on end caps and up front.

I agree with Ms. Jennifer, they have had 3 more months to correct shelf labels, and the manager doesn't think it is wrong to overcharge

No different from family dollar that used to be there it’s employed with ghetto people and they are never open it’s 10a and I’m leaving store because they aren’t open ?? Why ????? What was the point of closing the family dollar should’ve kept that there same results

Dollar General mgmt evidently now thinks it is ok to DEFRAUD & OVERCHARGE customers!!! The product was correctly stocked, the price tag clearly showing $5.95. I was charged $6.50!!! The manager said Too Bad, the price is whatever it rings up as & REFUSED TO CORRECT IT. THAT IS FRAUD!!

The employees are always caring and generous. I visit this store often and the prices are fair. I wish they had fun dip though.

How do you expect to get the merchandise put away on the shelves and out of the aisles if you have 1 person running the register and the other 4 or 5 in the back playing top flight security or outside smoking a pack of cigarettes. Focus more on pleasing the customers comfortability and safety. Every person of color don't steal or rob. It's a pandemic so ?...oh yeah most of us have to continue to work anyways and have money to purchase what they need.
