Never opened during business hours even though there's people in there. It's after 10:30 a.m. No sign no nothing.

It's Thursday, June 6th, 2024 and I tried going into this location at approximately 10:30am only to discover that the lights inside were on but the door was bolted shut. There're plenty of people out looking for work, all you have to do is make a few phone calls!

330 in the afternoon and they are closed. 5 th time this month coming to the store during post-it business hours and they're closed with no closed sign. Forcing you to get out of your vehicle walk to the door and stare through the window looking stupid wondering why the automatic door is not opening.

Was in this store a total of like 3min when me an my bf walked to the candy isle which is the first one in the store to get to the drinks he pointed out that the warhead candys were a good price compared to other stores all he did was point didn’t touch the product at all n this women on a speaker starts screaming about us “stealing” an playing a loud audio about theft so at this point we didn’t even wanna get our drinks that we came for so we started to leave n they accused us of stealing to our face n made my bf take everything out his pockets this store is horrible it’s my first an last time going there whichever employees were working today at 1:28pm u guys need to evaluate if u need to work around people.

Like most dollar generals in Columbus, it's never open when it's supposed to be. They close early every day. I've never seen them stay open until the posted time. They usually close by 7pm but I just drove by at 4pm and they weren't open.

Employees always smoking right outside the front entrance. Stores often closed for any number of reasons even though it says open online. Employees struggle to resolve simple issues. Often cash only or credit only. Bypass this store if there’s another to choose from.

This Dollar General is in a rough neighborhood, but the parking lot is cleaner, the inside is cleaner, and the staff is more friendly than the Main St. location. They unfortunately still did not have what I was looking for. They often have unusual flavors of snacks and things, so I thought it was worth checking out. But the clerk was very friendly and helpful, though sadly did not have what I need. The search continues.
