I put 4 suits in this cleaners and a pair of the pants came up missing to my wine color suit
Their customer service is terrible, they didn’t want to look for them and want to argue with you and all you heard was , they are not responsible . They don’t give a damn about you as a customer or how you feel . I will be calling 6 on your side , everyone need to know they are thieves especially if your items are nice pieces .

You just cannot beat the price for quality and efficiency. Don't expect a Tide, Swan or Callander facility. They are small and keep overhead to an absolute minimum...that's how you get their price and quality. One other important note: You must prepay...another way they keep their overhead and no show/no pays low.

This dry cleaners is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I dropped off very nice quality white dress shirts there to be dry cleaned. When I received my shirts that I paid a rush fee for they were sub-par and one had a huge stain on the arm that the owner swore they didn't create. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, and suggest that same stance for you if you want to maintain the quality and preserved life of your garments.

Their prices for trousers is better than anyone in the area. Unless your items need special care, they do a very good job. You can pay twice as much elsewhere and maybe have them pressed a little bit better, but they always did a good job on my trousers, suits and sport coats. They also do a good job on laundering and pressing shirts. No credit cards for under $10. Recommended.Services: Comforter cleaning

I am going out of town and needed two dresses pressed. The lady (I believe she is the owner) stated the dresses would be ready by Saturday. I explained I was going out of town. She stated “how about tomorrow”. I stated that would work until she quoted a price of $12 per dress. $12 to press a cotton dress? I stated to her $12, oh no that’s too much. She throw the pad on the counter and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. I went to another cleaners and they charged me $9 for both dresses which included 24hr expressed service. If you notice this cleaners does not have any pricing posted and most of the time they make up pricing. I will never go to this cleaners again.

My mom paid this place $12 to clean her dress. When she went to pick it up it was not cleaned well. She asked the lady to either reclean it or refund her money and at first the lady refused to refund. then when she finally did she threw the money at my mom. I own a small business as well and that was very unprofessional. I would never do that to a customer. I dont know why she thought that was okay. Would give this place 0/0 stars if i could.

Went there to get my wife’s new white dress wash and pressed and got back a “brown” dress back they totally ruin it, the employee just kept saying that they didn’t do anything wrong… won’t come back anymore and if you care about your clothes don’t go there.

Took my clothing to this dry cleaners and paid over $90.00 only to get home to see that 4 pair of pants and and 1 shirt had been ruined. There was white stuff all over each item. To do some research I called a different cleaner and described what was on my clothing and was advised that their temperature is way too high and that the elastic had been ruined hence the white cast over all my cloths. I proceeded to request reimbursement and the lady laughed as if what I was quoting her was a joke. She proceeded to say that she would be willing to clean them again to try to get it out but on their wall states they are not responsible so basically if she could not fix what they ruined that it would be on me. Totally unacceptable.Pics posted. Buyer beware.

Worse cleaners ever. My shirt was dry clean only, however it was washed. I got it returned wrinkled and stained. The owners didn’t offer any solutions and pretended not to speak English. I now have a yellow stain on the garment. The shirt was brand new and had no stains. Will not use them again.

Absolutely terrible, very rude employees, one week they charged me $4.95 for a dress, went back the following week and a dress was $12.95 I asked why the huge price increase in a week and was told that is just what it is. IAlthough convenient, I will never give them my business again
