Jake the glass man, he was on time and was finsihed by the time he had told me he was going to be. The communication was great. He explained to me detail for detail. And any questions I had he didn’t hesitate to answer. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much for replacing my mothers front windshield and in a timely manner. Awesome work.

I can’t say enough nice things about the team at discount auto glass. I made a dumb mistake that led to my back windshield being shattered into 7 million pieces, right before a busy week of work that would prevent me from getting it fixed if it wasn’t done that day. After several other failed attempts I luckily landed at discount auto glass where they were able to fix it, same day, and perfectly. My window heater and wiper worked perfectly which is often a risk with rear window repairs. When I went to pick it up, I was offered an incredibly generous discount simply because “sometimes they do things to make someone’s day easier.” My tears of stress turned into tears of appreciation - I will be a return customer if the unfortunate need ever arises again!
