Recently I had a deer hit my vehicle. Direct Collision got my car in ASAP, and I was able to pick it up before two other places told me they could schedule me for repairs. The staff was great from the first phone call to when I picked up the car. Great job, thank you!

Direct Collision has addressed issues with my RAV4 on two separate occasions (rear bumper replacement, replacing cracked hatch door hinge and faulty lift cylinder). With both experiences, the service has been excellent. The folks there are informative, communicative and respectful, they’re prompt, and the Techs do great work. I highly recommend Direct Collision.

My 2024 Camry was less than 4 months old when it was smacked by a cart in a parking lot. I took the chance that something could be done less than painting the entire door and am I ever pleased! Tina and Mike helped me at Direct Collision and I couldn't have asked for better assistance. Tina got the ball rolling, and 20 minutes later I was leaving with no sign of a mark on the door or a dent in my wallet! Many thanks Direct Collision!

Matt & team did a great job fixing the deer strike damage on my Subaru Legacy. Other shops had weeks-long backups just to get started on the work, but Matt got us in quickly and finished the job in just a few days. He worked with us to ensure our insurance covered everything they should. The car is as good as new!

I would have liked more if when I dropped the vehicle off someone would look at the damages with me and listen if I have any concerns. The repairs were completed within the estimated time.
