Excellent service. My car broke down at 9pm and most car rentals services were closed. Found Dimmples online open at that time. I called and someone attended to me and I was able to go for my gathering out of state. The car was clean and online process very smooth. Hope they had more locations for faster pick ups.

We have rented cars here many times and have had great experiences. Not once have we had a situation with our car been in an unaccepted mess, had pickup or drop off issues or had an issue with an employee. Over all been very impressed with their dimmples location. Thanks and keep up the great work!
