I always have a great experience with the team at DHD. It’s a great group who helped me through every step of the process of my original installation of my whole house automation system. They are always friendly and responsive. When I recently called to add a part to my system they scheduled me promptly and sent a fantastic tech out. The upgrade was quick, easy, and works perfectly. The recommendations they made were spot on. It’s awesome to have a company I can trust to help me with all my electronics needs. Highly recommend.

We upgraded our security system and Nick was the technician who came to do the installation. Not only was he very personable as well as diligent, he took the time to clean up the very chaotic wiring he found in our wiring cabinet and leave it very neat and well organized. He also was very good in explaining the new features of the products and answering our questions. Thanks to Nick and good job by DHD

I have had to opportunity to work with the team at DHD a couple of times and I have nothing but great things to say. The team does great work, uses quality components, and has fantastic support in case there is a problem. Aaron has been a great partner over the past couple of weeks working through a supply issue. I believe the true essence of a company appears when there is a problem, and Aaron has been a great representative of company. DHD is a company I will definitely continue to do business with and recommend to anyone interested in-home audio/video services.

We came to DHD looking for help with wall-mounting TV's in some tricky locations, including on stone and glass tile, along with speaker installs and behind-wall wiring. Cody was our primary point of contact who was always friendly and professional (was able to squeeze in a same-day on-site consult as well); Cody helped navigate several requests and revisions of the job. Jacob was the designer behind the scenes and expertly accomodated our requests. Tim confirmed the install logistics, and the install crew of JD, Nick, and Marc executed the job to perfection. I highly recommend DHD for their professionalism and quality work!

The entire team at DHD was very Professional. They pre wired my home based on the equipment chosen with Cody which was very detailed and on the mark. The installation team led by J.D. with Andrew and Jake was seamless. They worked together as a well oiled machine and were very considerate of our home leaving very clean.

DHD is the most professional and knowledgeable organization of its type in Columbus. I went in for home theater wiring and came out with security, ethernet, speakers, etc. All at a very competitive price point. I could not be happier.

DHD has been very responsive. Cody Shiller proposed a network fix for us that provided us with excellent coverage and lightning speed when our internet works. The system upgrade was an enhancement and our internet provider has also supported the transition.The cost was not inexpensive, however worth it. We have many devices and several Televisions that rely on consistent internet signal to work properly.I recommend DHD!! Thanks. Tony Ceritelli
