Had a great experience buying my car in 2022, but service has been horrible since. First time going for the works oil change it was fine. Had a recall on my car and the appt took 3 hours, when I asked that morning if I should stay and wait or get a ride and come back she said it would be quick, 3 hours later. I ask because I work I can’t sit all day. I could have left. Yet again another recall on my car and had to go in, slow appt again. I went for my final works oil change since it was free since buying my car and I truly mean it when I say I cannot sit through another service here again. Asked how long it would take and she said “not long”. It took 2 hours for an oil change. They told me my left and right shocks were shot, which is funny because when I mentioned my concerns last visit they said the noises i was hearing were just from my brakes & it was normal. Now they say the noise is from my shot shocks. These people don’t care about your safety they just want to scam you for your money. While I was waiting with other customers all these people had concerns and “issues” with their card that the workers shocked them with as well. Horrible experience. Planning on getting a new car and leaving Ford altogether. Horrible service location and not trustworthy cars. Workers don’t care about your safety, they just want the money. I would go to any other Ford service area in the Columbus area because these guys are liars.

Bought a truck here a couple weeks ago. Michael M. and Ryan G. were great throughout the entire process. Took care of me and did exactly what they said they would do. Very helpful and very responsive, even after the sale was complete.

If I could I would not give them a star at all. Customer service sucks. Their service workers have attitude and very poor communication. They've had my truck for 6 days and still are saying they haven't looked at it and stated they just started. I asked to talk to a manager, and the lady Amanda chuckled and said " well you can come pick up your truck if you want" with a attitude. I recommend no one do business with the. They are disrespectful!

Allen McCloud was my sales person he did a fabulous job very attentive help me with getting my new truck and I am so in love with it. I’ve always been a Chevy lover and I can honestly say for the first time in my life. I’m in love with this Ford.

I’d do zero stars if I could haha, but seriously, they have had my car for well over a month by now, hadn’t even started repairs after asking for numerous updates throughout the time they have had my car it has been the same with no progress. I still don’t have my car, and they have not been helpful with communicating when they said they would. I feel like I’m left in the dark about my own vehicle and it shouldn’t take over a month to even get started on the repairs.

The service is very poor they don't put your vehicle on a lift to find out once all wrong with it when it's under recall the only order in the part that is on recall but not expect everything that it broke so I've been waiting 4 months and they got my parts last week finally and telling me that they still haven't got it on a lift 2 weeks later telling me that they got to get a couple ahead of me done to get mine on there when mine's been there for 4 months waiting on them it's very sad and poor experience

3 hours for oil change and no diagnostic done for the car. Too slow, and unprofessional. It is not worth it at all.

Had a recall service on my 2023 Escape today. They picked it up and dropped it off!! They exceeded my expectations! Shanna was super accommodating and the drop off and pick up men were super.

Service is always good here. Building and waiting area isn't the best (ac is usually out), but the quick service and how nice everyone is here makes up for it. Usually just having minor service done here and they do a good job. Appreciate them takin care of me when I'm here ?

Apparently the car people just go through the mcdonalds drive thru with the cars from the lot? Literally has dealer plate and even the paperwork of the specs of the truck still taped to the window on the inside. Dude is also wearing a polo shirt and is on his phone the entire time. Needless to say, won't be buying a car from them. Just note to people who choose to buy a car there as well.
