Ordering online is a total scam. They don’t like to give you a refund even though you send the shoes back unworn but lie and say I’ll get my refund in 7-10 business days. Well it’s been a month. When you call customer service it’s always with a representative that doesn’t speak English well. That’s probably why I haven’t got my refund yet because they kept sending me a email saying “thank you for your order”. I didn’t order anything, I ask for my refund on the shoes I returned back!

I tried 2 times to order a pair of men's slippers. I had a 35% and a 10% coupon to use together. My order was automatically canceled both times. Very frustrating! Never got the slippers!

It is fundamentally important to me to be fair. Previously, I was upset because, after a horrible accident, I cannot drive and get to a store. Was told by a lady at Corporate that DSW did not have people onshore in the U.S. Who could take my credit card? I was told I had to give the card to someone off shore. Or put it in on line That is incorrect. They were able to have someone in the U.S. take my card.

I've tried several times to contact customer service and and get any response from a actual person and I've contacted corporate office and get nothing but disconnected
