Overall a great dealership. I drove 2 hours from Cincinnati to purchase my beautiful Hyundai Genesis. Jordan was extremely helpful and very personable, he made it an even better experience. Thanks again!

After resolving a cash back issue, which happened to coincide with an outgoing employee's departure, I'm updating this review to five stars. Special thanks to Rick Clausen for his immediate action in this matter.
The Hyundai Ioniq 6 SEL Dual Motor EV, acquired on March, 29 2024, has performed flawlessly and exceeded expectations. I'm averaging 300 miles per charge, in ECO mode, and city/highway is 25/75.

I haven't, and never will, shop this dealership. 3-4 weeks ago I was shopping for a truck and inquired about one at this place. I informed them via a response to a text from them that I was no longer in the market. They STILL call me several times a week. Under NO circumstances, should you give them your phone number, you will regret it.

My wife and I drove 3 1/2 hours (from Michigan) to buy her a special 2020 Palisade from Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin that we spotted on Autotrader. The vehicle was exactly as advertised - no surprises. Our sales specialist Mohamed treated us very well and was extremely accommodating. Excluding the test drive, he made the process go smoothly enough for us to get back on the road to head home within about 30 minutes. Very good experience!

Usually take my Tucson here for service because it’s close. Probably won’t anymore. Dropped it for an oil change, told the technician at check in that the low pressure light was on when I started it this morning to head over, and that the pressure on all tires was slightly low probably due to cold. I was told “we probably won’t be able to patch it because the tread is low”. I never asked for a patch. My service was to include a tire rotation. I received the inspection report, no mention of low tire pressure. When I picked up my car, the low pressure indicator was still on for the same tire. This tells me they either didn’t rotate my tires or they messed up where the tps is reporting from. I’m going with they didn’t rotate the tires because as soon as I drove back through and he put air in the light went off. Either way they obviously didn’t actually complete the check list because there WAS a dashboard indicator light one when it was marked that there wasn’t AND the tire pressure was still low. I was told “I can tell they were rotated because the brake dust was disturbed”. Yeah ok. I’m not stupid and don’t believe that they performed the service they said they did, or that the additional services that were recommended were actually needed.

I had a great experience at this location-- I was helped by Ryan who was very friendly and knowledgeable! I ended up purchasing a wonderful 2015 corolla that I'm so happy about, which was largely influenced by Ryan's great service. I'll definitely be recommending this location to my friends!

5 weeks ago me and my husband went to Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin. I purchased a 2024 Santa Cruz while trading in our Nissan Rogue, our sales rep Steve was super nice and the buying process was great! Unfortunately this whole experience has been completely soured by what happened later.
4 weeks after trading in my old car I found out they never paid off the car and now I was being charged for the car payment. We tried calling Great Lakes all day and no one would return our phones calls. We finally made the trip there to see why this happened since no one would help us on the phone and to get reimbursed for the car payment I was charged. They informed me the check they sent to pay off the car did go out late but it did go out and I would get refunded in a few days for what I was charged. 5 weeks out now and they still have not paid off the car I traded in, and I am still not receiving my money back from being charged for the loan. I am literally stuck with the bill on a vehicle they have had for 5 weeks.
I completely regret going to them for my car purchase this has been awful :(

We drove an hour to test drive my palisade! We called to be sure it was still available. Spoke with Tyler, he meet us at the door when we arrived. Tyler was very patient and very busy. He had another customer at the time but he was wonderful! Highly recommend him! Love my palisade ✅

We purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson on June 24, 2024 but as yet have been unable to purchase license tags for the vehicle because the dealer had no clear title to the car. We had to pay a fee at the BMV to file a complaint against Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin and get a 30 day emergency temporary tag because our 45 day temp tag had expired. This is a totally unacceptable situation and am hoping it is resolved quickly and that they be held accountable for selling a vehicle for which they failed to have a clear title.

Second car in 3 years one for the wife and now one for me. Both experiences were great, had to have one after an accident and now one just for funsies. Can't remember the guy 3 years ago but Tyler was the last sales rep and he was amazing. Can't say enough about the sales and the service center they have. Customer for life.

On their website they posted 2021 Sonata and didn’t mention anything about the damages, it was stated that everything was perfect and it was in a great condition. So I drove 60 miles to get there with my pre approval from my bank to test drive it then purchase it because it was an official dealership and the car was CERTIFIED pre owned. But when i went there I had to question myself am I buying a car from Hyundai dealership or craigslist… because that car did not look like what they had described on website. The tire had a deep hole, it’s ILLEGAL to sell a car with a tire like that especially the FRONT tire, it’s illegal to let anyone take it for a drive with a tire like that! it can pop anytime and cause serious accidents. Also, the same passenger side rocker panel was broken and same side front right pillar trim panel was also out of its place. It was OBVIOUS that all those damages were related and happened at once. Used cars sales manager didn’t event want to look at it. Yes thats exactly what he said: “I am not even gonna look at that because I’m not fixing it” even though He himself with his own mouth said that it happened in the lot there so since THEY did it THEY have to fix it at no charge from the buyer. Because it’s obvious that it happened after it went through inspection. I asked them if they could at fix it before i pick it up or to give me a discount, he only took off $260 for ALL THAT. I denied that discount and asked them to fix it. The manager barely agreed to fix the side rocker panel ONLY, he gave me an attitude like it was my fault. I think he acted that way because he said there was another buyer that wanted to get for a higher price with ALL THOSE DAMAGES which I didn’t believe. He should learn his rights, and that he doesn’t have the right to “choose” the buyer, the buyer chooses the car. Since the damages were done by THEM I wanted THEM to fix it. I had all the rights to demand it. But unfortunately used cars sales manager didn’t have to say except “you’re buying a used car what did you expect” and only agreed to fix the side rocker panel. They also said they would call me the next day and let me know when it would be ready for pick up. I waited whole day no calls no emails. and the next day which is today I called myself and left voicemail, after awhile I called again and reached the sales manager that was helping me, he just said “he doesn’t know”. after awhile he called to ask for insurance but he still didn’t know when it would be ready, he didn’t even if they started on the car. And no I wasn’t in a rush to pick up the car, I as a working person just wanted to plan things ahead and I think as a customer I have the right to ask and to know when the car I signed a contract for would be ready. I am very disappointed! Unfortunately I have to drive 60 miles to that dealership AGAIN to pick up the car IF it’s fixed. I don’t even know if i can drive 60miles to get back home safely with that tire. P. s. I haven’t picked up the car yet but hopefully the issues stated above will be resolved. Wish me luck!
