The best florist in Columbus!! Going on 97 years of family owned and operated!!! Ever since Matt took over, the arrangements couldn’t be more perfect!! With his kids working right by his side, you couldn’t ask for better. I absolutely loved the bouquet I brought home to my girlfriend. Will be stopping by again soon!!

Caroline and De Santis Florist did all of the florals for my wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend this company enough - they are so talented, yet so reasonable! At our initial meeting with Caroline (who is a floral designer), I showed her some inspiration pictures and she took everything to the next level - she built a detailed quote based on our conversation, which included an entire color palette for the flowers and pictures of what everything would look like. A few months later, she met with us again and mocked up several different designs for the greenery for our centerpieces. On the wedding morning, Caroline did it all - she decorated the arch, the ceremony space, the reception tables, distributed all of the bouquets, and stayed during the ceremony. Post ceremony, Caroline moved all flowers from the ceremony space to the reception tent during cocktail hour! She was an absolute dream. Also, Caroline and the De Santis Florist Team were incredibly self-sufficient - on wedding day, they took care of business and did not have any questions, which was an absolute dream as a bride.
Post wedding, I will use them for every flower need that I have, and I hope you all consider hiring this company for your wedding/any other event!

I was desperate and needed flowers for my anniversary. I went to the florist that made our wedding flowers. I wanted to recreate my wife’s wedding bouquet. The flower shop that made my wedding flowers couldn’t guarantee that it will look the same (rudely stated).
I went to De Santis flower shop and was greeted by the family! I showed them a couple of pictures and went to work. The arrangement is identical and I received it in 10 min! The service is worth the drive! I will be ordering flowers from them from now on.

We use De Santis as our very first pick at Covenant Presbyterian Church. There is no one else we would rather work with. They are always reliable and their arrangements are consistently beautiful. We can not say enough good about De Santis florist. I can not believe the other reviews that are negative, not for one minute.

I ordered flowers from them though a florist service. What they sent vs what I ordered couldn't be more like night and day. I ordered lavender flowers. They sent all white. There wasn't a speck of purple/lavender in the arrangement. They didn't even bother to try to match the flowers types. The only one that was right were some mums. Other than that, the arrangement looked like they didn't even look at the order to see what it was supposed to resemble. I get that there are times that there are limited available items, but seriously, at least try to get some of the colors right.

They didn't deliver what I ordered. No call upon delivery which was requested. Considering this wasn't a cheap option, why not get it right?

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday. Desantis was fast to get my money, the delivery date came for the flowers to be delivered, no show! No calling me back - no email back to me- nothing. So they have my money and never delivered the flowers. What a scam. Going to my bank in the morning. Fraud

My wife's birthday is the day before Valentine's Day. I called and talked to the owner himself. I ordered plant for her birthday and dozen red roses for Valentine's Day. I told him she is only home between 8am and 3pm and I wanted them delivered between those hours. The potted plant came, the flower was fine but the huge leaf had a huge tear. Not at all good. Then on Valentine's Day with no delivery by 2 I called. They assured me it would be there by 3, but if not they would be left on the porch. I told them I had left clear instructions and did not want them left on the porch. If they couldn't get there by 3 to keep them. I was very clear to not leave them on the porch. They got there after 4pm. Two phone calls the next two days for the owner and he was "unavailable" , I let it go. Lessons they need to learn to improve-Send out decent flowers, not torn ones. Stick to timelines agreed to. When you can't do what you say you will do, answer the phone and deal with customers. I will NEVER ever call them again. . See the pictures.

My kids got me flowers and chocolates for my birthday, but only the flowers were delivered. This was Saturday. I called to let them know, they said they'd deliver on Monday. I called today to find out where my item was and they said it went out yesterday. Nothing arrived. I'm going to remember NOT to use this place when I order flowers.
