It won’t let me pick zero stars so I chose one. My 85 year old mom took her lease in recently to turn it over. When I got home it was in the driveway. When I asked why she didn’t take it back she said she bought it. Congratulations Ricart for selling a car to someone that has no business driving and can’t afford it. I have brought my Trail Boss here multiple times for service with no issues until now. Rear brakes replaced two months ago, had to bring back in due to squealing noise and rusty rotors. Was advised that there was some sort of recall and they would replace pads and rotors. When I picked up my truck I noticed the rotors had not been replaced. Was told there was a “process “ that needed to happen before they would replace them. Will not be coming back going forward.

The entire process of buying a new vehicle was quick and easy. Ashley Scott my sales person took care of everything during the purchase process. The finance department got us through very fast. The whole process was completed and out the door in under two hours. Great job by everyone.
