I came into Dakota today and got service from the most amazing employee, Cenestra! She was able to do my Tissot watch in a matter of minutes and got it set and running for me! I absolutely would recommend Dakota Watch Co for anyone with a fine grade watch!She’s only there on weekends so make sure you call first but 10/10 for sure!

I have always had the most phenomenal experiences with Dakota Watch Co! Their weekend employee Cenestra is AMAZING. She is a powerhouse and so speedy and knowledgeable, not to mention so friendly. I know this location has had some staffing issues but I’ll tell you first hand that they nailed it on the head with this employee!

Came by… no one at kiosk. Lights and computer on… thought ok… restroom break. Waited and waited… finally came by and said “we’re closed”…. Fine. Never again after 30 years of work given to Dakota.

Horrible horrible service by Sylvia. She was rude, arrogant, and disrespectfu. in my eyes I view her as a lazy employees with horrible customer services skills. She is an embarrassment to Dakota watch company. She should be terminated.

Came by Sunday 9/24 at 12:30 pm. No one at the kiosk. Okay, maybe they're at lunch. I walk around for an hour, come back at 1:40 pm. Still no one. Multiple people waiting. No signage or explanation. No answer at the phone number. Gonna find a jewelry store to do my batteries instead.

10 June 2023: Got three watches repaired here and on of watch has been down for about two years... and al ll of them have been survived and now working..I have went to Dakota Watch Company on four occasions, which each time I was very satisfied with the service. I brought in my Bulova watch to get the battery changed and it was done within twenty minutes. This is a normal time frame for a vendor due to other commitments that they may have. The warranty is two years which I always keep the receipts if my watch stops before the time the warranty runs out. Each battery wear in about 18 months which I expected... two years is stretching the battery life but if it goes out the far I am well appreciative when I go back to get it replaced. The customer service is in par with the type of environment and commitment of the repair.

very bad quality. If the watch is damaged, it will cost more than the price of the watch if you want to repair it.After-sales service can only give 20% off to buy new one.I don't want to spend any more money on garbage.

I am normally a very kind and generous person. I went to the Polaris Fashion Mall today, Sunday November 14, 2021, in Columbus, OH where I was advised to go the Dakota Watch Company to replace the battery in my Car key fob. After speaking to the guy on duty, he looked at me as if I was speaking a dead language to him. He was very supercilious, obnoxious, uninviting, rude, and very insulting. After he looked at my battery and without any communication, he asked me to pay him $16.00 even though I did not see him change my battery. After I asked if he changed the battery he yelled on top of his lungs "YES. NOW PAY ME IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL REMOVE THE BATTERY" Whatever got him upset before my arrival, I was not part of it, and I did not deserve all that boorishness. After all I am the one paying him with my own money. I respectfully asked him to replace my old battery back and return my key. He immediately threw the key at me and asked me to get lost. What???? How does this company allow such inhumane guy to work with people from all walks of life? I think he has something against black people.In my opinion, this guy should NEVER be allowed to work with human beings. He has no skill set whatsoever. After that arrogant behavior, I decided to go on youtube to figure out how to replace the battery myself. The guy never replaced my old battery back. He took my battery and threw my key at me. Now I have to go to the dealer and have them figure out the battery that I need. What??? I will NEVER, EVER recommend anyone to go to Dakota Watch at the Polaris Mall in Columbus, OH to have your battery replaced or watch repaired etc. You will DEFINITELY be insulted, disparaged and rubbished. My true review is less than 1.

I went to the Polaris Mall location Monday, November 29. They were closed. A sign said they were closed every Monday and Tuesday. and will open Wednesday at 11:00 am. So I went back today just before 11:00 and waited until 11:30 for someone to help replace batteries to three watches. No employee showed up. The sign that had the hours posted on it should have said hours are depended on if the employee(s) feel like showing up.

Went there on 10/14 for a watch battery. Polaris location. The clerk was very rude and said he couldn’t talk to me because I didn’t have a mask on. I left, went to JC Pennys and bought a new watch!
