Max is AMAZING!! My stainless Raymond Weil was horribly cratched up and dirty. He polished it for me and brought it back to life. I couldn't be happier. I'm not sure what i expected but I definitely didn't expect this. WOW. Max at Easton Dakota is my new watch guy for all my watches. Referring him to all my friends and business partners. Thanks again!

Called this place to ask if they repair Stuhrling automatic watches. The guy who answered the phone on Sunday at 2:00 on 10/27/2024 acted as if I was bothering him, had no manners and I will NOT take my watch there for repair!

Took my G-Shock in for a battery replacement because the backlight was dimming and wouldn't stay lit when pushing the light button. They changed my battery and it seemed to be working fine. By the next day, there was moisture/humidity under the watch face. I took it back and a different person looked at the watch and after having me leave and come back half an hour later he handed it back with the moisture wiped out... but the backlight would no longer turn on. So $20+ and two trips to the mall later, I'm now back where I started, although at least before the backlight would turn on briefly, now it doesn't work at all. I'll have to take it to a different watch place to see if it's fixable or if the backlight was damaged and I'll need an entirely new watch.

His enthusiasm and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect timepiece made the entire experience truly enjoyable. Despite his age, his knowledge of watches and keen eye for aesthetics were impressive. He patiently guided me through various options, offering insightful suggestions and demonstrating a remarkable level of professionalism. His genuine passion for horology was evident, and I ultimately left with a beautiful watch that perfectly suited my taste. Kudos to this young boy for not only making my shopping experience memorable but also for showcasing a level of customer service beyond his years. I commend his dedication and commendable service skills. Thank you aman. Definitely coming back
