I have had issues with ear infections over the past 35+ years. When in and waited about 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Then was made to feel I was making up the amount of pain I’m in due to early stages of an ear infection. Only went here to try and bypass waiting 2+ days for my doctor. At least she did call in a prescription but couldn’t even get it until the next day. I was told to pick it up tomorrow if I’m still in pain. I now have to sit another day at work, in pain waiting for 5pm to get my antibiotics. My last issue with this visit, insurance! I have 3 medical insurances on myself. I know how my plans work. She wanted me to pay a $20 co-pay when I’m definitely not responsible for that amount. I honestly will never go to this place again. I’ll just wait to get in to see my doctors that know me and how my body works. Thanks but no thanks. Good luck if you decide to visit this place ?

This is the worst pharmacy in Columbus. Prescriptions are never ready. They don't process them until you are on-site.

They have messed up my prescription three times in a row. They charged the wrong insurance company after I asked them to check (they STILL charged the wrong company), they told me I had picked up the prescription and ARGUED about it with me (the gentleman was extremely rude) and then he found it "in the back". The incompetence and number of "mistakes" is disturbing. Please be very aware of what you are getting and what they are charging if you use this pharmacy.

I got 5 different texts from them telling me to schedule an appointment for my COVID/flu shot. Get here on time for my appointment and am told to wait for the 6 walk-ins in front of me to be done. What is the point of an appointment time if walk-ins just take your time slot?

In addition, it's impossible to call ahead because they either don't answer or you are on hold as I was twice yesterday once for 14 minutes and then for 10 minutes before I gave up.If you need to hire people then do it. Dig into that profit margin a bit, CVS and get some help in these stores.

THE WORST CVS I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go to pickup a prescription, which they never inform me is ready, there is an issue of some sort. Not to mention how long it takes them to fill a small Rx. My husband works in pharmacy and my in-laws are both pharmacists, so I know that this is not how a pharmacy (even chain) is supposed to run. A few weeks back a pharmacist came to the pickup window to inform me my Rx that I have been taking throughout my whole pregnancy was not safe - which was entirely not true. My doctor is still puzzled. There’s been times I’ve sat and waited 30+ minutes just for the clueless tech to tell me my Rx was not filled or it was sent to a different pharmacy. This last time my husband was told the reason they haven't filled my Rx sent over last week was because they are out of that specific brand. Didn’t notify me or my doctor. Now tell us they will call my doctor to request the change. They had a whole week to do this! Switching back to the Mill Run location. Even if it’s a drive, at least I’ll never deal with this pathetic place again.

I called today, April 1st, to ask about the availability of a medication. The pharmacist was extremely rude and unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend this location.

Twice I have gone there recently and the staff were very rude. Today I was at the self checkout and my item wouldn't ring up and an employee came up and grabbed the item scanned and tossed it in my bag and sied like I interupted her. I will never go back to this one

This CVS is terrible, terrible, terrible!!! The pharmacy is so bad, I will never go there again. I have had a problem with my prescription every single time. I've never had a smooth experience. I just waited over 10 minutes at the drive through and nothing happened. One car in front of me. No one came to the window! They don't notify you if they're is a problem with your prescription. you just have to call over and over and over to hear what issue they have this time.

I really enjoy shopping at CVS Robert’s Road Hilliard, Ohio.The Staff and Pharmacy are outstanding. I am always greeted when I walk into the store and if I can’t find what I need, the staff assist. The store is clean and organized. For vaccinations, I have not had to wait more then 5 minutes. Thank you CVS!
