If you have the unfortunate luck to interact with Khathleen b who works there I would say turn around and leave. Such a rude, vile woman who belittled me TWICE to the point I left and cried in-front of my kids in my car.
Clearly it killed her to go to where the 3 pack of gum is and mark it as picked up when I was early for that particular online order. My other order was ready and in the past the sales associate would just get it seeing as I was there and mark as picked up, I always get gum- it’s a 1 minute exchange.
This woman is horrid they should fire her for someone who can give basic respect to customers. As for the whole store, there is never staff at the til so yeah - just go to a different cvs.

No employees at check out any time I come in. Forced to use the self check out and wait until an employee is available every single time.
Self check out is so short/ small its border line discriminatory. Can not see the screen. Have to bend way down to use the pin pad/ place an item.
Children’s pretend cash registers are bigger than these things. Can’t fit more than 3 items on the check out counter (less than 2 feet off the floor btw) without it accusing me of stealing
Miserable shopping experience.

This pharmacy seems to be staffed with people who would rather talk you off the phone and lie to you than do their actual job. Was informed yesterday that the prescription I had on file was expired two weeks before it's required earliest fill date. Then, they told me it just couldn't be filled at all because that pharmacy couldn't do that, then just a few minutes later the pharmacist informed me that yes, it could be filled, and no, it wasn't expired.
I understand people don't like their jobs, but trust me, if I could just be cured and never need this medication, that's what I would do. But unfortunately, life doesn't work like that and making my experience difficult on this level is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I've been going here for years and have slowly seen this brand reduce in quality. I'll be looking for another pharmacy and hope CVS recovers as this has been consistent with multiple locations, or it ends up like Big Bear.

This place is like the fast food of healthcare. Overcrowded and dirty, also you should expect delays for any minute clinic appts. CVS always runs lean, but I do feel like the staff here as especially frantic/ busy.

Girl behind the counter in the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional. Disrespectful for no reason, I literally just had a question and wanted clarification on something.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. The employees excluding the pharmacists are nice and friendly, however the pharmacists are horrible. One of the pharmacists kept filling a schedule 2 medication weeks in advance instead of the correct refill date. When I questioned it I was told “well there’s a note that says to do it”. They instead called my doctor’s office and told the nurse I was requesting the medication early with numerous excuses. When I called and spoke to the pharmacist about this, they blamed the early refills all on my doctor. My doctor recommended transferring all of my scripts to a different pharmacy. The only pharmacist at this location who was nice and correctly handled my medications was a younger woman, glasses, and short blonde hair. I believe her name was Cat. I recommended asking for her or just going somewhere else.

Lady at counter for pharmacy was passive aggressive and rude, weeks prior a older manager was also very rude and following customers boarderline harassing them, mill run location much better option.

Can it get any worse than CVS Pharmacy, whether it is this location or the entire company? Simply put, they have terrible customer service, follow through and business practices. If you have an option for ANY other pharmacy, I suggest you go there and stay away from CVS.
