Website and door say they open at 8am. Waited 10 min extra and still not open, not even a car in the parking lot

Walked up at 10 AM and the entire place is closed. CVS's on every corner and every single one of them is poorly managed. This one won't even open up for you.

Not well staffed and prices are rarely correct when you get to the kiosk.

Pharmacy has horrible customer service across the board from accessibility, prescription refills, phone conversations to general interaction. People at this location just come across as jaded.

Nobody picks up phone call or deal with voice mail.
Keep sending you texts for prescriptions that have already been cancelled by the doctor. Have no way to file a complaint to cancel it or stop the text.
How are you supposed to end this harassment if you already moved away from them? F you, just suffer.

Store supposed to open at 8am. It’s 30 minutes later and doors are locked, no employees are here

If I could leave less stars I would! I’m not sure what happened to customer service but it’s nonexistent at this particular pharmacy. I recently moved pharmacies due to location (this is 2 minutes away). Previously when asking about refills here I had been directed away from the front counter and toward the drop off location, so when I came in today with an rx question I started there. One of the techs (larger lady but unsure of name), immediately snapped at me for standing there. When I told her I had a question she eye-rolled and said “what is it”. I informed her she would likely need to have my account open to ask the question to avoid unnecessary repetitions to which she said “I’m ready” (whilst standing next to an aisle with items in hand). After asking about a script refill when she pulled up my information she stated it was not on hand. When I questioned further about what the estimated timeframe would be in order to determine if I should have the prescriber send elsewhere, she said “I don’t know tomorrow or later” with an exasperated look on her face as if I asked her when the next UFO would be coming to town. The pharmacist actually had to step in to take over and wasn’t much more pleasant. A simple, “we’ve received notice that this brand is on back order and it’s not clear when the next shipment will be” would truly have sufficed. I would avoid this location if you want to be treated with some type of respect (or basic answers about your scripts) or don’t want someone’s bad day projected onto you.

I called to ask a simple question. The automatic phone prompt system was the most annoying and unhelpful I’ve ever experienced. When I finally got through to a person in the pharmacy, they couldn’t answer my question, transferred me to the front of the store, and then I was stuck listening to the phone ring for over 5mire minutes before I finally gave up.

The pharmacist there (woman, shoulder length brown hair) REALLY needs some training on how to talk to her clients in a more discrete manner. She discusses personal medical histories loudly for everyone to overhear. It’s completely unnecessary and inappropriate. Here’s an example: a few years back I miscarried, but the fetus didn’t come out naturally, so I had to take medication to help it along. When I went to pick up the medication she LOUDLY told me, in front of three other customers that if I used this medication that my baby would die. I said, I understood, not wanting to explain to her, then she said it again even louder YOU WILL ABORT YOUR BABY. All I said back was “It’s already dead”. It was humiliating. Shortly after, I emailed corporate about it, but they never replied. Today, again she discussed my medical information loudly enough for everyone to hear. Even though that pharmacy is the closest to my house, I’m willing to drive further just to not have her be my pharmacist.

I often stop here to buy fake nails. Each pack costs like $8-12, and today they had them locked up behind security tags that said “ask sales associate.” I don’t want to have to bother an employee every time I want to buy something as cheap and stupid as fake nails, so I am going to shop at target instead.
