This pharmacy is chronically out of regular medications, they close prior to the stated closing time on the website, and one employee (Robert) was exceptionally rude to my son when he was there to pick up 2 prepaid prescriptions. I sent my son screenshots of the prepayment, which included the names of the prescriptions and that they are both paid for, as well as a screenshot of the charge to my card. My son showed him those screenshots.Robert then called me and told me that one prescription was showing not paid for because he closed out the order before scanning both prescriptions. He asked me what I wanted him to do. When I told him I wanted my medication, that I already paid for both of them, so he needed to figure out the computer system, he kept interrupting me, deferring responsibility, and told me to not yell at him - I was not yelling. He rolled his eyes, sighed heavily, and threw the prescription on the counter in anger while he was on the phone with me and while my son was standing there. He was completely unprofessional and rude. This is unacceptable.*I am always, always kind and polite to anyone working in a service job. I have had at least one other interaction with Robert before where he was not professional and rude. I let that one go because everyone has a bad day. He crossed the line today because he has no idea whether I am physically able to go to the store or whether I'm financially able to afford paying for the meds a second time and/or dealing with the credit card company to try and straighten out the charges. No wonder CVS stores are closing all over. We won't be back.

If you're going to make some of your stores have self checkout you should make sure it works (spoiler, this one never does). In the face of inevitable failure you should probably staff the store with somebody who checks the front more than once every 25 minutes. I'm not a CVS manager but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night

Lady at front was super snooty and condescending when I asked a simple question about the printing services. Not sure why nobody cares about customer service these days. Go work elsewhere instead of ruining people's days. I was there on Thursday 8/31 @ 2Pm. It was NOT the lady with bleach blonde hair but the other one working. Didn't catch the name.

He closed the door at 9:55, while I’m standing outside trying to get an important OTC medicine

CVS isn't stocking epi pens for some reason. Just picked up one that expires in January. No CVS has any epi pens!!! Bethel has one that expired in August that they tried to give me. Called all over central Ohio. If I wasn't desperate and didn't need it like yesterday, I'd be calling Walmart, Kroger or Walgreens... Anybody else. Never again, I promise you that.

I went into this CVS at 9pm tonight looking for my 3 year olds duck blanket. We thought she had dropped it in the store and was refusing to go to sleep without it. Even though it wasn't there, the staff and manager were wonderful. They searched the store and even went back to look at the security footage. Thank you for your kindness!

Quite literally the worst pharmacy I've ever used. It's not the fault of the employees, but rather CVS in general. All of my prescriptions had constant delays, authorization requests, and absurdly expensive copays every single time I tried to pick one up. My old pharmacy never required any of these things and made sure to apply coupons and copay cards in order to lower the cost. CVS only makes your life harder and purposely leaves out information so that you will end up paying more out of pocket.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert the pharmacy tech. Right off the bat he already had an attitude. I was told the meds were in process. I asked how long it would be and was told 10 mins. It seemed like I had asked him to do the impossible. After 10 minutes I go back over and waited. He went from one computer to another and seemed confused. Within the span of that 20 minute wait I was asked by 3 different staff me never’s if I had been helped. Robert got an attitude with his coworker for asking me if I had been helped. He spent some time talking about something with another tech and went back to the computer and never said anything about what was going in or if there was a problem. Finally after 30 minutes he is checking me out and I asked if there was a problem or issue. Which he replied “well we are trying to do 10 things at once “. I said I don’t think that was an unreasonable question since I had trouble getting a different medication filled. Terrible service! Dont bother saying anything because nothing will be done about it.

If I could give a zero rating I would. They promise you prescriptions the next day and might not have them for another week. They rarely answer their phone. Today I waited twice for 45 minutes and no one ever answered. The workers themselves are very nice but this pharmacy is very poorly run. I don't blame the workers. I just think they are overwhelmed. I just switched all my prescriptions to a local pharmacy that does an excellent job. I am so done. If you can go any place else please do.

People inside are great. If you plan on going to the drive-thru, bring enough food for two days, fill your gas tank, and bring a change of clothes.
