My family has been using this store and pharmacy for probably 25 years and have always been very pleased. There is a wonderful young lady who generally works the drive through daily and remembers my name and that of the other two members of my family. Impressive and unusual in this day. Always smiling.

I like this CVS location. The parking lot is in good shape, the store is clean, and the employees are friendly to me.

I am only giving 1-star because I have to in order to leave a review. This is a HORRIBLE store - both the pharmacy and front store have very impersonal and - at times - blatantly rude employees. They are extremely impatient and will not help you without acting like you're asking for their first-born. I had ONE decent interaction with a pharmacist about two weeks ago, but I was already frustrated over a months-long issue with my medication (for which the resolution was to go to the Seldom Seen location - and the pharmacy tech there was awful, as well).
The store is dingy and not well-kept. Theyre is rarely anyone at the counter, and customers are basically required to use the kiosks for self-checkout.
My advice: Drive 5-6 blocks up the road to Sawmill and Hard Rd. Don't even *try* with this store.

Came in for a passport photo and was told that they can’t do it digitally. I asked if they could simply take a picture of me with my phone that I could use then, since I need the white background, and they refused to do that either!
The modern process for renewing a passport requires a digital photo. Not sure why this CVS hasn’t caught up to that. The employees were rather rude throughout as well.

Their pharmacy crashes 20 times a day. And when it is up it takes an hour to get serviced.

AI on phone is horrible! No one will ever pick up the phone when you do actually get someone on the phone they have a horrible attitude! CVS and Caremark are useless, I prefer Kroger offer them anyday!

CVS pharmacies are as dysfunctional and useless as it gets. Sometimes I think they don’t understand English; they tell you they have a medication, but when you send them the prescription, they say that medication is not available!
No thanks to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for choosing them as the provider for their employees.

I get nothing but the best from the pharmacy team here. I'm not sure how to mesh that with the other reviews here? I will say the drive through pharmacy is very slow but that has to be more about their business processes or something else because the staff weren't slow, etc.

This pharmacy is chronically out of regular medications, they close prior to the stated closing time on the website, and one employee (Robert) was exceptionally rude to my son when he was there to pick up 2 prepaid prescriptions. I sent my son screenshots of the prepayment, which included the names of the prescriptions and that they are both paid for, as well as a screenshot of the charge to my card. My son showed him those screenshots.Robert then called me and told me that one prescription was showing not paid for because he closed out the order before scanning both prescriptions. He asked me what I wanted him to do. When I told him I wanted my medication, that I already paid for both of them, so he needed to figure out the computer system, he kept interrupting me, deferring responsibility, and told me to not yell at him - I was not yelling. He rolled his eyes, sighed heavily, and threw the prescription on the counter in anger while he was on the phone with me and while my son was standing there. He was completely unprofessional and rude. This is unacceptable.*I am always, always kind and polite to anyone working in a service job. I have had at least one other interaction with Robert before where he was not professional and rude. I let that one go because everyone has a bad day. He crossed the line today because he has no idea whether I am physically able to go to the store or whether I'm financially able to afford paying for the meds a second time and/or dealing with the credit card company to try and straighten out the charges. No wonder CVS stores are closing all over. We won't be back.
