Immediately switching pharmacies - customer service is terrible. My provider sent in an order on Sunday; it was out of stock so it had to be ordered. Operator states it can take anywhere from 1-2 business days. It is now Friday and upon calling the pharmacy, they blatantly refused to look up when the delivery is expected or to help otherwise.

My doctor sent in a prescription on April 30 they took two whole days to let me know they didn't have it in stock and now it's gonna be another 2 to 3 days before they get it in stock by this time it's the weekend and won't be ready until about Monday or Tuesday next week Meanwhile I've got another prescription sitting there and I'm not running there just for one prescription when I can pick up both at the same time . CVS is supposed to be a big-time chain pharmacy but it seems like every time that I go to fill my diabetic prescriptions they don't have it in stock they have to call another location or they have to order it which delays the prescription being filled. Next time I'm definitely going with mail in prescriptions.

If the store is not going to be open to the public by 8 am, I think you should not put 8 am as your opening hours, thereby misleading the public and wasting people's time.

The manager was awesome, but they need to remove the sign that states they have Moneygram services. The machine has been removed. Thankfully the manager was kind enough to call another location to inquire on their machine.

Ridiculous I've been sitting on the phone for 30+ mins just trying to talk to someone at the pharmacy. Because it's been 4 days I've been waiting for my daughter prescription.

Been coming here for years but recently it's been bad . They lost my wife's prescription and can only apologize, never in my life have I heard of a pharmacy losing a prescription. We paid extra to have our prescriptions delivered to us and then for some reason they only shipped half of them. This place has gone downhill. As you can see in the photo they don't even pick up the trash

The pharmacist at this location was phenomenal in how she handled the extremely high volume of customers flowing through the pharmacy area. She was the only pharmacist on duty and made sure scripts were being filling in a timely manner as well as kindly and professionally handling the vaccine flow of customers!!

I'm not sure what has happened with this CVS but every time you call no one answers the phone, they are never staffed, I even tried to get my flu shot there and no one even acknowledged me. They should really just close this location for good if they can't figure it out. Drives me insane that health insurance companies were able to tell me where to go and fill my scripts. ERRRRRRRRR I hate this location NEVER AGAIN!

I seriously do not enjoy giving negative reviews, but this CVS has really gone down hill. They never answer the phone, I've waited over an hour on hold to discuss an insurance coverage issue, hung up because seriously who can hold for that long! I've also waited days for my Rx to be filled. I understand being short staffed but corporate needs to step in and do something because the service is very poor. I've stood in line for 30 plus minutes, when finally reaching the counter, I was told my Rx were not ready yet, after waiting 4 days and still not ready!! The automated system tells you to use the app but the app doesn't answer my question and is little help. This particular CVS is the closest to my home and it's a major inconvenience for me, but I am switching to a different pharmacy. So CVS, you lost a loyal customer. Maybe Walgreens will do a better job.?

My family used this pharmacy for our prescriptions for over 16 years. No one answered the phone in the pharmacy. I had to walk there to find out why my medicine had not been filled for 28 days.October 10, 2023 was the straw that broke the camel's back. Horrible customer service. They all ignored me. The pharmacist who was talking with an elderly lady in front of me just walked away from the counter, leaving me standing there. No one said they would be with me in a minute. They acted like they didn't want to be at work. They were so busy talking about candles than Doug their darn jobs. I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Good riddance.

The pharmacy is horrible. I tried to call ahead and never got an answer and sat on hold for over an hour before hanging up. Drove there as I live on the other side of town from my child's father. Sat in line for over an hour for them to tell me she wasn't in the system and it would take an hour to fill. Went back 3 hours later and sat in line for 2 more hours because it was still not ready. All while they did nothing but stand around laughing and moving some papers once in awhile. Never updating me on what was going on even after I asked and they continued to ask me questions I had given them the answer to multiple times. I was very upset by this time as my child was home with severe ear infections and needed these medications that cost me $300 and didn't even want to answer my questions about them. They were going to turn me away after all of that because I was demanding answers. Someone should really look into what is going on in that place. Something isn't right and these people deal with medications that could really hurt someone if it isn't correct. They are going to end up killing someone if somebody doesn't do something. The pharmacist alone looked really bad. I will never go here again and highly suggest not filling any medications at this pharmacy.
