A lot of the times will lose my scripts.. say they are filled go to pick up and they can't find them. Have also picked up my meds for 90 days and says directly on the bottle and in the app there should be 90 pills but will only have a months worth and have to gwy it corrected many times.

I hate going to this CVS!!!..Years ago they were alright..Now they never have your meds ready on time..If they have them at all..I've been told.That they don't have enough pills..To cover my meds.So had to keep calling back.To see if they had enough.It took at least 3days to fill my prescription.Which throws me off track.With my meds.Some not all..But some of them are rude and smug.Even now..I am awaiting meds that were supposed to be ready today..But the store is closed.Why is that you ask.When you find out.Can you please tell me? Because I sure as hell don't know.So now I'm sitting yet again in limbo.I should have kept my prescription at Krogers All the way out on Hamilton Rd.SMDH!!

I probably had not been to this CVS drugstore on Cleveland Avenue and probably two or three years ! the store looks great, and very clean and organized! The staff was very helpful and on my second order the manager was at the cash register and he was very helpful and polite and patient ! this used to be my home CVS for prescriptions until I took my prescriptions out to Main and Hamilton!Thanks C V S

Tried to buy photos at this location and they advertise same-day pickup, but the employees refuse to print the pictures and yelled at my wife when she came in the same day to get the pictures.

The cashier says she is the manager named Randy. Is extremely hostile, rude, and ghetto. Completely humiliated me in front of the whole store. Kept people waiting in line just to boost her massive ego. She is extremely racist towards whites, and prejudice. I wouldn’t go back there again, just to not experience the same humiliation from this person with nothing better to do. How do people like this work in retail. I will never understand. The most anti white person I have met ever.

Things are typically OKAY here but they take a long time to fill prescriptions, don't notify you when they're ready, and they take way too long to answer the phone (20+ minutes). Things need to improve.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They claim they're open online but they close early everyday. I put in an online order tonight expecting them to be open when they're actually closed. I would've went somewhere else had I known that. I really needed what I ordered and there's no place to cancel smh don't waste your time here. They're horrible with medications too. I have to fight them every month for mine. Please, go somewhere else.

Insurance changed my asthma meds w/o warning. Pharmacist had no recommendation for any sort of substitute or how to handle this emergency situation w/medication. At 5:00 pm I was told to go talk to my doctor. I happen to know the state of Ohio permits pharmacists to prescribe medication. Why did they not solve my problem? The store is dirty. One of their techs always gives me incorrect information; hours of operation, procedures for transferring ‘scripts, etc. CVS handles my diabetic & asthma meds because the insurance company demands it. They told me they did not need or want to know other meds I’m on if they aren’t handling those prescriptions.

This has got to be one of THE worst CVS Pharmacies in town. The two stars are for the polite young lady stocking the shelves this afternoon. Otherwise, I would rate my overall experience a ZERO. When I was ready to checkout, I was the only person in line; however, a line began to form because Kimberly was either on her phone or hiding behind the counter or both. Even the UPS driver had to wait before she acknowledged him. Unbelievable. She never thanked me for my business, said goodbye or anything. She barely registered a pulse. The store always looks messy and unkept. Based on other reviews and my own experience, it is obvious that the employees don’t take any pride nor ownership of the customer experience nor the appearance of the store.
