If I could have given no stars I would have; the Manager Glenn was inhospitable and dry! I didn't purchase anything in his store he could have got about $100 from me but oh well!

Consistently overworked pharmacists. Plus I've had one racist encounter here with one of the pharmcists. If you're driving just go to the Westerville CVS and save yourself a lot of hassle. If you're walking know that the High St entrance is usually closed (without signage!) but you can walk around to the parking lot side to get in.

Used to be ok but they're closed for lunch everytime I drive by to get my pills. I can only pick them up at lunchtime. Love the pharmacists here, hate this trash corporation

Steal from CVS! They dump so much new inventory in the dumpster every month what a disgusting business. All the locations are extremely wasteful and do this. The greed is unreal. They complain about shoplifters and then dump their unused, still good stuff in the trash: make it make sense. Greed.

Recently cut the pharmacy hours to 9 to 6 pm Monday thru Friday with hour lunch from 130 to 230pm. They lost my business.

A suitable place to get passport photos (they're knowledgeable about accepted étiquette and standards) as well as for quick medical care for non-emergency issues. This is where I go for my minute clinic needs. If they can't answer your issue or solve it they'll provide a better location. I've never had any issues with customer service here, in fact, folks are usually quite kind. The only issue is getting into the place can be stressful due to the location. Not on the workers, though, just what it is.

Traci was AMAZING she went above and beyond to the max and brought my total from $74 to $37. She was lovely and so kind and brightened my day. Give her a raise!!!

I walked up to the window and asked if I could get Zinc. The female with long brown hair called the Asian pharmacist who appeared in a mask. When I asked if I could get Zinc at the window, he said no. So I tied up my dog outside, went inside, and asked the same long haired brunette female for Zinc. She told me the aisle number. I looked through all the different brands for Zinc. Finding none, I told the masked Asian pharmacist that I could not find Zinc on the shelf. "No Zinc," he replied. "Everybody is looking for it." Wasted 30 minutes.
