I had an outstanding experience with pharmacist “Joshua Ward”. His exceptional care in helping me with my medication, ensuring I got the right product at the best price, truly went above and beyond. Joshua's professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless, and he even ensured I was checked in on time. Employees like Joshua deserve recognition and applause for their dedication. Highly recommend!

Absolute garbage make sure you go to a different CVS pharmacy. Time after time after time, I can show up to pick up my prescription and they suddenly don’t have it. They never have anything ready. After the doctor sent something over, they don’t have it ready. Trust me go to any other CVS. This one is literally the worst in the city of Columbus.

Have had several issues with refilling important prescriptions, even when the doctor calls them in. You can't refill all prescriptions online and have to call, then are put through 20 minutes of prompts trying to dissuade you from talking to an actual human. Some of the pharmacy techs are super nice, while others are impersonal and lack customer service skills. A smile goes a long way! I loathe walking in here and will be switching.

Aaron is one of the most unhelpful, condescending and obnoxious people I have ever come across. I called recently to inquire about a prescription that happened to be on back order. They had contacted my physician to ask about an alternative - since I am also a physician I knew there was no alternative and I told him that - which seemed to offend him. He had not yet pulled up my record to look at the prescription. He told me that he would put the prescription on hold. I asked how I would know when it was available and he told me there was nothing he could do, since he could not keep it in the list of his orders. He smugly suggested that I call the manufacturer to find out when they would be manufacturing it again. Little did he know that I work for a pharmaceutical company and had already done that and they said it would be available soon. When I told him that it seemed to irritate him even more. I asked how he would be able to help me and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked if I should keep calling and he said I could do whatever I wanted - nothing he could do. He then provided a condescending “good bye”. There are so many options when it comes to pharmacies why would anyone put up with being treated like a bothersome idiot. While I may choose to remove all of my prescriptions , it will make no difference to CVS since they are such a large company. The only thing I can do is to warn anyone else who goes there that this is the kind of treatment you can expect. I also have a suggestion for Aaron - get yourself another job where you don’t have to be bothered by people - maybe a mortician so no one can bother you.

The pharmacy service at CVS on Neil Ave is terrible. There are always issues with my prescriptions and staff / pharmacy manager who are uninterested in helping you work through those issues. Ashley, the pharmacy manager, has never gone out of her way to help. Instead, she will watch over the techs as they stumble upon issues and provide terrible issue resolution. I haven’t had a single instance where i genuinely felt she cares about her patients. It needs better management and oversight.

It's clean, spacious, and has a wide variety of products. What's more, it was cheap (especially original products) and the staff were kind. I want a drugstore like this in Japan too!

Quite dissappionted that I can’t buy non prescription medicine from behind the counter due to the fact that my passport is a non US or Canada passport. What makes it even more laughable is that I was able to buy the very same medicine the previous time I went to this very same CVS. This is 2023, surely the system should be updated to handle any passport, not just 2?Also didn’t like the fact the the person behind the counter made absolutely no attempt to help resolve the situation. I was just flatly denied.
