Never had any inclination to review a pharmacy but here I am. Tonight, I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes that was not moving and when I did get to the window at 7:02pm (not exaggerating) the blonde pharmacy employee was rushing to close the cage over the window so I couldn’t see her. I understand the pharmacy closed at 7pm. I cannot control the line or the speed at which I’m helped but I at least can get the courtesy of an employee telling me they cannot service me after spending 30 minutes waiting before closing time. I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service from CVS.

I requested that a medication be transferred from a CVS in a different state and the person handling my call acknowledged the transfer, but then just hung up without giving me an opportunity to ask any questions. Extremely rude service.

I walked in at 12:22pm to get a flu vaccine. Though this pharmacy advertises that walk-ins are welcome, the pharmacist Aaron M. denied and told me they're short on supply and offered to schedule me for the next day. I looked up online and there was a 12:30pm slot available the same day. Ridiculous service.

I had an outstanding experience with pharmacist “Joshua Ward”. His exceptional care in helping me with my medication, ensuring I got the right product at the best price, truly went above and beyond. Joshua's professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless, and he even ensured I was checked in on time. Employees like Joshua deserve recognition and applause for their dedication. Highly recommend!

Absolute garbage make sure you go to a different CVS pharmacy. Time after time after time, I can show up to pick up my prescription and they suddenly don’t have it. They never have anything ready. After the doctor sent something over, they don’t have it ready. Trust me go to any other CVS. This one is literally the worst in the city of Columbus.

Have had several issues with refilling important prescriptions, even when the doctor calls them in. You can't refill all prescriptions online and have to call, then are put through 20 minutes of prompts trying to dissuade you from talking to an actual human. Some of the pharmacy techs are super nice, while others are impersonal and lack customer service skills. A smile goes a long way! I loathe walking in here and will be switching.

Aaron is one of the most unhelpful, condescending and obnoxious people I have ever come across. I called recently to inquire about a prescription that happened to be on back order. They had contacted my physician to ask about an alternative - since I am also a physician I knew there was no alternative and I told him that - which seemed to offend him. He had not yet pulled up my record to look at the prescription. He told me that he would put the prescription on hold. I asked how I would know when it was available and he told me there was nothing he could do, since he could not keep it in the list of his orders. He smugly suggested that I call the manufacturer to find out when they would be manufacturing it again. Little did he know that I work for a pharmaceutical company and had already done that and they said it would be available soon. When I told him that it seemed to irritate him even more. I asked how he would be able to help me and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked if I should keep calling and he said I could do whatever I wanted - nothing he could do. He then provided a condescending “good bye”. There are so many options when it comes to pharmacies why would anyone put up with being treated like a bothersome idiot. While I may choose to remove all of my prescriptions , it will make no difference to CVS since they are such a large company. The only thing I can do is to warn anyone else who goes there that this is the kind of treatment you can expect. I also have a suggestion for Aaron - get yourself another job where you don’t have to be bothered by people - maybe a mortician so no one can bother you.
