I was at CVS by Children’s Hospital and was struggling to find a few items. A woman from the pharmacy named Kim was on her way to lunch as the pharmacy just closed for lunch. However, she spent 10 minutes of her lunchtime helping me find a few items I couldn’t locate! This kind of customer care is so rare! I so appreciated the time she took to help me! The store is nice, has good selections and is clean, but the “extra mile” customer service I got from Kim is the reason this CVS Pharmacy is now my store!!

Never enough pharmacy staff. The store is kept clean. They are often low on food in freezer and cooler. It's either they don't order enough or too long between deliveries.

They are very rude when you go to pick up your own prescription and then you gotta wait in line for almost an hour while they just stand around doing nothing I will never use this pharmacy again this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever seen in my whole life but if you look where it's at it'll explain everything

My dad was out of his heart medication and needed to get a three day supply until his Dr could be reached. The lady at the window lied and said she couldn't do the three day supply. My sister Sasha used to be a pharmacy tech at CVS and knows this wasn't true. So we called the pharmacist and spoke with a male I believe was Patrick he was very helpful and didn't hesitate to get my father his three day supply of heart medication because his doctor is on vacation. We returned to the pharmacy and the clerk at the window asked didn't you just pick up a prescription I told her yes I did but was back to get the three day supply you denied me earlier she said it was not in the system. I went inside and Patrick hands me the prescription soon as I say my father's name. I do not understand why the lady at the window was so rude and lies but it was also right before her lunch break. She does not care about the patients of CVS all she cares about is getting out of there for lunch!!!!!!

Would be nice if people do their work at this CVS.
It’s March 12 today and the worker wasn’t nice at all. She was so slow. If you so much don’t like your job, just let other people do it instead, leave the place.
They lost my package that was delivered by UPS to pick up location here.

This place is dirty, the parking lot is a madhouse, and they are frequently out of basic items and medications.

The store is fine. The pharmacy is among the worst. Drive through usually takes a minimum of 30 minutes. And inside is often a 5 person/ 20 minute wait. I avoid it if I can at all costs.

Prescriptions were never done the same day. And for a pharmacy, what else could you be graded on other than getting my drugs the same day I ask for them.

The Pharmacy is overrun. They have closed too many stores. Drugs stacked everywhere! Lines always. Drive though never open. When it is it is 10 cars deep. Waited on hold one night for almost an hour to complain to corporate. Could not even receive an email from me with pics. Complete joke to talk to manager! I would go somewhere else but my insurance requires cvs. None close to where I live!!! Also store entrance and aisles very shop worn and dirty. Kroger Pharmacy is much better. Suggest you go there. This is a prescription screw up waiting to happen. I’d ad photos but supposedly illegal.
