Quite literally the worst pharmacy I've ever used. It's not the fault of the employees, but rather CVS in general. All of my prescriptions had constant delays, authorization requests, and absurdly expensive copays every single time I tried to pick one up. My old pharmacy never required any of these things and made sure to apply coupons and copay cards in order to lower the cost. CVS only makes your life harder and purposely leaves out information so that you will end up paying more out of pocket.

Pharmacist at CVS Morse and Cleveland Ave did not have my very important prescription because of inclement weather. She went above and beyond and located at the Hard Road CVS. They were able to fill my prescription with a short wait. The store seemed stocked and very clean. Employees were friendly and helpful.

If I could give a zero rating I would. They promise you prescriptions the next day and might not have them for another week. They rarely answer their phone. Today I waited twice for 45 minutes and no one ever answered. The workers themselves are very nice but this pharmacy is very poorly run. I don't blame the workers. I just think they are overwhelmed. I just switched all my prescriptions to a local pharmacy that does an excellent job. I am so done. If you can go any place else please do.

So disappointed! Two days ago I made an appointment for a COVID test because 10 days ago I tested positive, when they asked me if I had health insurance I said no, now I come and they say I can't do the test because I don't have health insurance, so why did they give me a Confirmation? Number the time and location where I have to come from

Very close to home, super friendly employees spotlessly clean. During covid this place has been great.

On hold for 15 minutes waiting for someone in pharmacy to pick up. I don't envy the pharmacy staff. The company needs to consider increasing staffing and whatever incentives is required to do so.

The drive thru at this location is extremely slow. Better to go in or just go to another CVS

Had to go to this location because my medicine was out of stock at another. They filled my prescriptions quickly and they were ready when we arrived- I also liked the convenience of the drive through and it only took a few minutes.

I dropped off three prescriptions around 10:30 am, and was told the earliest I could have them was 8pm. In nine hours. I understand being busy, but 9 hours? Also, I’ve had nothing but trouble with Olivia, one of the pharmacists. She’s rude, condescending, and can’t wait to get customers out of her sight.
