We purchased sperm from them but they do not respond to questions and the customer service is poor. I would not recommend a company that doesn't seem to care about concerns when it comes to a child or life. It sounds like ethics are in question here and this place needs to be shut down.

Cryobiology does not keep accurate records of children born to donors, nor do they have a limit to how many inseminations can take place using the sperm of a single donor. I am disappointed with the lack of regulation and lack of regard for children conceived through donor insemination.

Very disappointed that you have to buy child photos. California cryobank has 1 free childhood photo from their donors. Its all about making as much money possible. Website is very user friendly though.
