CrossFit Grandview and Barbell have wonderful and personable staff. They have a plethora of services and they're great for someone at any fitness level. Crossfit can be intimidating but not here ?

Pretty good box. Big space and good equipment. Lots and lots of people, not very friendly and welcoming but not unlike anywhere else. Big variety of exercise options and levels so get in there and get fit.
