I felt a feeling of warmth when I first laid my eyes on the way the shelves were neat, stocked, and just a sense of joy for my first ever experience coming in there. And all I could think of was how I could've past by a million times and never noticed this pharmacy. I switched my kroger pharmacy, that was down the road from me to here, which is much farther from me. It goes to show great customer service keeps a business flowing mighty and well.

HORRIBLE. All week this place has been telling me they had my BP cuff. I called an hour before I was about to come get it and was told they me they haven't had BP cuffs for a few days. They lied all week. Even the supervisor lied.I need this cuff. The fact that they don't care about my health is crazy. BOOOO TO THIS PLACE.

Crosbys has stood the test of time and prospered into a well ran machine. The employees are awesome and promptly anticipate your needs. The pharmacy is very quick and polite.

Very nostalgic looking location reminding me of the small pharmacy in the town where I grew up. However the experience was every bit as professional as the modern large chain stores. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by Dauda the gentleman in the fitting department. Overall it was a great experience.

I give Advance Medical on W. Broad St. 1 star ONLY because they were open. I ordered my needed products OVER 2 weeks ago. They showed minimal interest in getting them in. I canceled the order today. I went to Crosby Drug store on North High St. in Columbus. They were very kind, professional and customer friendly. The customer service I received at Crosby Drug was great. I had my products within 30 minutes walking in the door. I highly recommend Crosby Drugs Inc. They get 5 Stars!!

This people are very rude and they don't care for you at all, take your business somewhere else if you don't want a bad experience after surgery like me. The treatment in this store is terrible.
