Went to this location this past Friday and they were terrible .
The assistant manager Kylie was rude while with customers that were also rude .
I just walked out I will not shop or made feel uncomfortable in any store

Atmosphere was awesome and I didn't realize they made so many styles of croc. Staff are friendly and engaging and they apparently have sales all the time.

Fun to see the wall of color coded crocs, though the shoes themselves have gotten pretty pricey.

Slightly smaller store (as compared to the location at Tanger outlet) but the staff here are incredibly helpful. Nice to be able to try on the shoes vs ordering online given how many fit different than you might expect. Needed to exchange a pair of crocs that despite trying them on in store, didn't quite fit right once I actually walked in them a little bit, they took care of it with no issues. Also helped me out with a bogo sale after purchasing one pair loving them and returning the next day to grab another at sale price. They where very customer friendly and made the process simple.

Beware of the rude and discourteous staff.
We had the worst experience at this store. We tried few pairs as they didn’t have the right size for us, and ended up buying a couple of pairs. While billing the staff asked us to “CLEAN UP THE MESS THERE” (sic) before we left and apparently he said he was the store manager when I asked for one. We cleaned it up BTW.. What a SHAME!!!! SHAME!!!!!!
It’s not that these guys need training, they need to learn some manners which they haven’t learnt from school..

The staff here is rude. I tried 2 pairs looking for the right size, and the store manager, instead of helping while I had issues finding the right one, stated, clean up the mess and place them back first . He was very rude and I felt very disappointed as a customer. The management should teach them some mannerisms to interact with elders.

Just bought my grandsons each a pair of Crocs at the Polaris location and we left the store without getting a receipt. The nice young man ran out and found us in the mall to give us the receipt. It was impressive because people rarely go the extra mile these days to do something nice for someone without expecting something in return!!!!

For people who wear Crocs or Hey Dudes, I definitely recommend you find the most knowledgeable employee in the store to help you.For anyone who lives in Ohio and wears Crocs. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND going to the Crocs store in Polaris Fashion Mall. It's North of Columbus. There's a young woman with blue hair who works there. Her name is Katie (sorry don't know her last name but she's the only Katie with blue hair)She is absolutely amazing!!!I guarantee you she knows more than ANYONE in that entire damned company and she's incredibly nice!We'll never go to another Crocs store even though we usually only go to Columbus to visit family! We go to Crocs every time we visit because of Katie. She's incredibly enthusiastic about their products, INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE.To be honest, Crocs doesn't deserve her! But she loves the product and that's obvious to anyone who talks to her.
