I just want to give a big kudos to Jessie!!! She is AMAZING and has went above and beyond for the last few weeks to assist myself and my son with some issues with his phone. Jessie is a rock star!!! The service is AWFUL... They cannot take credit or debit payments at all cause their system goes down EVERYTIME!! I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but I really do not like Cricket.

Dewon was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the phone that we purchased for our daughter. He even noticed that we could save money on our monthly plan and changed it for us. So polite and helpful. Nice to have a great customer service experience.
