Killed my battery. Only a year old. Wouldn't give me a jump start unless I payed them another 60 dollars for a jump start cuz they left my ignition turned on and yanked my key out.

I spoke to an older , disrespectful jerk this morning at 5:20A. I called inquiring about my vehicle, she was extremely rude I asked her to provide me with a cooperate number and she declined. I also asked her to provide me with her name and she refused. I am requesting cooperates number. I want her fired! I am a general manager myself and this type of customer service that I just received was most certainly unacceptable. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. It’s early as heck. Very dangerous situation to be using a flashlight at 2 am looking in someone’s car. Cory ( fat, white, short) guy was caught trying to illegally tow my vehicle, he was on the phone with someone and they told him to drive off. These thief’s only know policy, but not the law. Keep your eyes out for him. He tries to be sneaky. Not to mention they don’t come around the complex a lot. However it’s tax time so they must of thought they had a dummy with money. No sir stay away from MY PRIVATE PROPERTY. I’m passing out lawsuits left and right.

They just towed my legally parked car. I had thought it was stollen and had to find out from police they had it. At this point we are about to press theft charges on Complete Impound & Recovery. We have no idea why they stole my car.

Horrible! They towed my car without permission ! Not to mention they towed my car incorrectly caused damaged to the braking system I would not recommend this place for personal business or any apartment complex ! Then it’s hell just to get your car back !! I completely hate this establishment

These thugs are a professional extortion outfit. They will steal your car. Have a camera on your vehicle showing your parking pass.They'll damage your car assuredly as well. How this piracy is legal I don't know.They're a criminal outfit, nothing less.

These people will lie to you about their policies in order to keep your car longer. They post intentionally misleading signs and they knowingly tow people from their own homes.
