They genuinely listened to my running needs, analyzed my gait, and ensured I found the perfect pair of shoes. Dan went the extra mile when I shared my concerns about a previous purchase that didn't feel quite right. Instead of offering a simple refund, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and find me a better pair. Best running company in town! Their (FREE) group runs have helped me immensely in training for races and they cultivate a wonderful community atmosphere. Employees are super helpful in any running related needs you have.

Sierra was amazing!! I came in looking for a new pair of running shoes and socks with great support, and walked out with both!! Sierra was very knowledgeable and new exactly how to help me find the perfect shoe :) I will definitely be coming back!

I came into this store yesterday to find a quick workout fit and I had such a great experience, the girls helped me find the perfect items and offered to have anything delivered that wasn't at the current location, I also learned about these calorie snacks for workouts , tried it and had an amazing workout! I highly recommend this store to any one who's looking for active wear and just an over all good shopping experience. Thank you Columbus running co:)

I can't recommend these guys enough. I have a hard to find shoe size and CRC is always extremely helpful and communicative at making recommendations and finding me what I need. I've bought from them several times and the customer service is always excellent and prompt.

Wess was the associate that helped me- He was informative, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful!I got my foot measured and got an appropriate size shoe!Such great service, my husband went back the second day and bought a pair of shoes! He wanted to be sized up too! appreciate the time and patience of the employees! Happy runner here!

No greeting upon arrival. Employees talking amongst each other about going out while eating and drinking breakfast instead of assisting customers. I wanted to come in and quickly buy a pair of shoes. I didn't even need to try them on. It would have been a quick and easy sale but unhelpful employees neglected to make this happen. Someone also doing yoga in the front?
