LGBT , Woman owned and operated businesses. They took the time to explain everything to me at my level. Never once mansplained or talked over me. Fought the insurance to get new parts and not junk yard parts. Helped me pay my $1500 deductible and also got me pad $2100 for loss of use and $7200 for loss of value. I’m an Uber driver and that money went a long way. The best thing was they did a full detail , oil change, tire rotation, and protection for free when they returned my car. The owner says it was important to get the vehicle back better than it came. 5 stars to this great jewel of a company. Don’t go to the corporate shops when this small local company does so much better. None of the other companies even mentioned loss of use or loss of value payments to me.

What an amazing experience, the vehicle was amazing and super clean. The host even checked on me during my rental to make sure I didn't need anything. I will definitely use them every time

Jesse was great answering all of my questions about renting for a weekend road trip. Since I knew nothing about EV’s he was incredibly patient with all of my “what if” questions. I’ve recommended them to eveyone considering renting an EV.

I travel to Columbus at least every other month and have been extremely happy with my car rentals from ColumbusEV!! The vehicles are very well maintained and the customer service covers everything from soup to nuts. Looking forward to more trips to Columbus in 2024!

Experience was exceptional. The hosts were very helpful whenever I needed.Very nice, respectable and knowledgeable. The car was absolutely amazing and already want to rent it again. 100% recommend and will be going back to this company in the future.

Went through Columbus EV rentals and rented a Mach-E. The rental process was seamless and they even delivered the car to me on my big day. Love that they are LGBT+ owned and they even gave me a discount for being a teacher. I will certainly rent from them again. The car was clean and before dropping it off to me they went and made sure it was extra clean for my big day!
