Brian (owner) and his team did receivership, inspection, storage and delivery of our new furniture arriving from a number of out-of-state vendors. They were excellent in all areas, as well as in communication—from beginning to the end of our project. Deliveries came as arranged and items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guys were prompt, called 20 minutes before arrival and were very courteous and professional. They carefully unwrapped and placed items where requested. They did a great job! Brian and his team were terrific to work with and went above and beyond with responsiveness and professionalism, especially when one item needed to be replaced (vendor’s error, not CEM’s). We are very pleased that our interior designer found CEM for us. We would work with CEM again in a heartbeat. Many thanks, Brian and team!
