My family is concerned for there ****** and grace auto is taking the money for labor and not ordering parts for there ****** witch is a 2020 Toya ceana Minny van for repairs Thay are getting money for appraisal but no repairs I am very concerned about this situation and I want them investigated where's the parts if they have the money for labor this is not right as well

Fixed my car pretty quik, paint matched good. Shop was a little hard to find though.
