Columbus Public school bus service is the worst ever, they are very disrespectful on the phone and the bus driver's are ignorant and disrespectful. Since school started I have been trying to get them to stop blocking my driveway, stop the kids from standing on my grass and being in my driveway, preventing me from entering or exiting my garage. If a kid gets hurt on my property I am liable, not to mention that's trespassing. The parents and kids drop trash out in front of our house's, beer bottles, coffee cup, breakfast food , whatever they have for breakfast and trash our neighborhood when they get off school bus. I've called too many times with no resolution. I am entitled to entry and exiting of my house as a homeowner. I don't live on a corner, so there's no reason for the bus to stop in front of my house and to block my driveway. One day a parent was in my driveway and I was trying to leave, I ask them to move and I was verbally insulted. I'm too old for this stress, my husband is 84 and I'm a senior too, we have appointments in the morning and afternoon and have been inconvenienced all year. This is totally unfair and unnecessary as there's a vacant lot and for corners. CPS BUS TRANSPORTATION SUCKS. I WISH I COULD MOVE, TIRED OF THE DISRESPECT OF MY PROPERTY.

Yall needa stop stopping everyone in the middle of the road and actually go into the damn neighborhood to pick kids up. We have stuff to do and stopping a whole line of cars for that is ridiculous. Do better and go into neighborhood. This goes for all school buses. Lazy people

Columbus city schools transportation has a bad administration, poor management and disorganization. The bus is always late more than 20 minutes and sometimes 1 hour late. The bus stop is far from our homes. It is hard when the bad weather rains, cold, or snow with the families have other babies they walk 5 minutes or more to the bus stop then they wait for a long time.

ROUTE 53Wow had to follow our bus almost 5 min for him to stop and get my baby. Arrived 5 min early which never happens and then barely opened the door I was driving up as he drove off…Once he stopped i seen he was a older man and maybe he couldn’t hear me honking so as my son was able to get on the bus I’m talking loud through the window cause the bus is loud and don’t you know the sub bus driver slams his window right on me how rude. I have never had issues with my route till today. I hope we are not hiring just anyone this sub seem like he was lost and had no sense of direction I am now tracking my son by GPS until he gets to the school. Another reason why I am taking my children out of CCS. Hiring anyone to teach and drive our kids is insane. No one and I mean no one should slam a window on a parent as we trust you to protect our children sad.

I am 52 years old, I went to this school in the early 80's and I have nothing but love for my teachers and classmates back then. I had so much fun and learned so much more then I did going to Reeb Ave school. I wish I could come visit this school just for great memories I have. The school it's self has nothing to do with the bus situation! It's the Columbus city school bus System that has the problem!

One of the worst experiences of my life in top on making my bus arrival time ridiculously early the bus was 20 minutes late the driver was very rude and would not turn on the heat despite it being extremely cold outside it felt below thirty degrees outside she had no problem keeping the heat on in the driver's seat and refused to turn on the heat for the rest of the bus I a disgusted by the little compassion this woman and this district as a whole for their students and fellow human beings this isn't a one time issue but an issue that has been going on for years at this point it is disgusting and appealing how nothing has changed despite the many complaints just shows just how little the district truly cares

This has to stop all the late nights of our kids coming home late is insane and scary because you guys don’t call or text like you should just leave the parents worrying about our kids my kids won’t be back on the bus. Get it together

This is the most ridiculous place in the world been trying to get my kids transportation right since October of last year. This is really sad they all need to not have a job helping because they don’t do anything of the sort I hope they get shutdown they are not serving any public services

Columbus City Schools fails in every category including Transportation. They are awful and unhelpful. You’d think they would do a better job assisting the very same people that make it possible for them to make a living, but no. I spoke to Crystal in the call center today while in need of emergency assistance and of course they were so incompetent. She said her direct supervisor was not there (so more of our tax dollars wasted as the supervisors are unavailable when they are needed.) but so call center rep “Latonya” acting as a supervisor said they could not assist me. It’s so sad to get such poor service.

CCS transportation really sucks soooo bad. I waited for an hour for my daughters bus to show and it never did. (Route #456 to eastmoore academy) I called the transportation department to see what was going on only to be informed that "oh we don't have a driver for that route today". How in the hell as parents were we supposed to know that no one was coming to get our kids. Lord knows they didn't send out a text or anything.

I have been calling everyday since school started and I have yet to get someone on the line . Just music playing literally for hours . My kids bus don’t show up most of the time and when it does it’s not a time on schedule

It's a shame you have to pay school taxes , and you cannot get any straight answers when it comes to transportation. Waiting on the phone for hours and the line disconnected.COLUMBUS CITY SCHOOLS DO BETTER!

Bus 203 never showed up, no text, no call, this is just sad ! At this point pay the parents and fire all bus drivers .
