Columbus builders is one of the only places you can get concrete with quality out of their plant only place in Columbus. You can get premixed concrete and a trailer with highly recommend have used them several times just make sure you good trailer lights, and they will take care of you.

Delivered here unloading was smooth and fast. But the local drivers they park there truck in the way to get out and have no care in the world for moving there trucks out of the way to let the OTR driver out. So I asked the guy that unloaded me to see if he could get them trucks moved. And one of the drivers decides it's time to load his truck. And of course he takes his dear sweet time. No care in the world but to what his doing. If I was O/P I would never deliver here every again.

I briefly visited Columbus Builders Supply yesterday [9-8-2022] [at 900 W. Third Ave. in the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus].I am not a builder; however, the #3 COTA bus makes a turn at that building whenever it is traveling between the Kingsdale Shopping Center and downtown Columbus [and vice versa] so I have seen the outside of that building many times.I had been curious, for the previous several years, to see what the Columbus Builders Supply showroom [that is mentioned on the awning above their front entrance] looks like so I decided to stop by yesterday because (1.) I had already been in that neighborhood for another reason and (2.) there had been a half-hour-long wait until my COTA bus home.I walked around the exterior of the Columbus Builders Supply building [mostly near their southeast corner] -- and then browsed their showroom -- for a total of about ten minutes. During that time, I took several pictures for Google Maps. I am guessing that I am the only "Google Maps Local Guide" who has ever taken and posted photographs of Columbus Builders Supply to Google Maps.I had been particularly impressed by the following two pieces of artwork that had been embedded into two different brick walls [one of them exterior and one of them interior].• A representation of a bricklayer on their south exterior wall [near the southeast corner of the building].• A skyline of Columbus that had been installed on the east wall of their showroom [in an area that looks very much like a fireplace].I "had the display room to myself" most of the time while I had been there except for a brief moment when an employee who had been working upstairs had walked down some steps and had asked if he could help.I explained that I am "not a builder" and that I had been "mostly a "tourist"; the employee invited me to continue to look around, asked me to call out to him if I needed any help, and then went back upstairs.

After several useless trips to Menards, Lowes, and Home Crappo, went to Builders on 3rd. We were IMMEDIATELY helped by Dan, shown ALL kinds of options, and, while we spent more money there, it was well worth the time, effort, expertise, customer service and advice Dan and another co worker gave us on our home project. We've cancelled all our big box store orders and are going with locally owned from here on out.
