Favorite hotel to stay at when flying out. Great place to leave your vehicle & the shuttle is super convenient. We typically get an upgrade on our rooms there and the employees are always super friendly

Kimberly was great! She was so helpful and sympathetic because we were in Columbus for a funeral. Her customer service was exceptional. Our stay was great. The hotel was clean and good food at the grill. I highly recommend and will certainly return.
