Definitely recommend CLS. I was recommended here by a family member as I was shopping for a bed but I wanted to be money conscious. The gentleman working (I think, Evan) was patient with me sifting through the options on the touch screen and trying out the beds in store. He also answered any questions I had about pairing up with a mattress and box frame to help me get the best setup. There was a mixup about delivery timeline however they were quick to remedy the situation. This is a family owned/operated business and everyone was very friendly and appreciative of my business. From in store to delivery drivers. I love my new bed and frame!

If you do not care when your furniture shows up, you may want to consider this outfit because they do have good prices. But if you need your furniture by a certain date I wouldn't go here. They appear to be a reseller. In mid-November I went to their office/showroom and bought a sectional which we love. We even bought the ottoman for it. During the visit we saw a value priced sofa and loveseat and we needed to replace our then current sofa and loveseat before Christmas as we were having family in town (24 total). I told them, if I couldn't get the sofa and loveseat by Christmas I did not want it and would cancel the order. Should be plenty of time Chris told me. He didn't mention that all sales are final and there are no refunds. When we were told the furniture would not be in before Christmas, that was when Evan started telling stories. Initially he told me his "system" showed the furniture would be delivered by Dec 27th but he could not guarantee that. When I explained that I told Chris I would cancel the order if it was not in by Christmas, Evan told me could not cancel the order because the furniture was already loaded on to the truck. Since I was coming over to pick up an ottoman for the sectional we purchased, I said I would like to see his documentation for not being able to cancel the order and Evan then explained he was not allowed to have customers view their software. And besides, he added, since you paid the wholesale price, you would only be getting pennies returned on the sofa and loveseat. Evan continued to be very snarky and self-righteous throughout our interactions. It's a shame because I was hopeful to have a good furniture store that didn't jerk me around and right up the street from me. But because of the poor customer service, I will not be back. Saving a few bucks to be treated like a chump is not worth it.

Production description is not clear, misleading posts. Sales person the wanna-be boss, probably the son is arrogant. The younger one is nicer to work with. Even though shopped here while back, not going back. Don't recommend
