I have had great to poor experiences at both the UA and Dublin locations. Most of the items I bring in the store are freshly laundered and pressed and folded as they would be in a retail store. Although at times they have not taken any of my items and others have taken more than I expected. I feel they're payout, at times has been less than fair. Their policy is 1/3 of their selling price, which is not generally what I am offered or receive. I have searched their racks to see what they are selling similar items for and they are not at always offering a fair buy $.
However, my biggest bone of contention is that after carefully organizing, washing, ironing and folding all my items, my last visit to the UA store they returned them to me in a very disarrayed fashion which needs to be addressed. Most times all the time, effort and money I spend on preparing my gently used clothing isn't worth the trouble.
Overall, I have had better luck and treatment at the Dublin location.

The UA Clothes Mentor is an experience! Yes, there is an expected amount of searching and hunting inherent in consignment shopping. But JODY and her team remove a great deal of what could be frustration from that experience for you! Through skilled use of their fashion knowledge and top tier customer service, the Clothes Mentor UA team has made shopping a joy rather than a task for me as a busy career woman. I am beyond thankful for them!

The staff was very rude to me. I only sold to CM once before and first thing off the rip was the bagging mine was in. I was told that it needed to have handles or a tote. They looked at the clothes without opening it just to be put down by them thinking that the clothes were old and they were over 4 years old. All those clothes weren't. They acted agitated that they had to look at my clothes. The older woman was exceptionally rude towards me and very nasty. It took over an hour just to come back to say they will pass on everything. The 2 staff members act like they work at Rodeo dr. and I was just so beneath them. They made me feel bad for trying to sell them anything. Will never go back. I gave the clothes to a charity and they were very happy to take them. For a used clothes store, Cara and the older woman have a very bad attitude. Take your clothes somewhere else to sell unless you have never worn expensive clothes. Very sad!!!

Lots of good clothes and very organized. Prices on items can be a tad high, but you can still find good deals.
