Here a few days ago. The woman working the front desk refused to give me the passcode for the bathroom. She was rude, hostile, and kept staring me down.
Great way to ensure that I'll never come back!
I was a paying customer doing a ton of laundry, pretty mind blowing.
Also - The washers here are expensive and they don't take quarters, only dollar coins.
I would recommend you go anywhere else besides this place. Dirty dungarees is right up the street and is a Columbus staple.

First time at this laundromat in from Arizona taken care of my mother was a great experience people were very friendly showed me how everything worked not to mention very clean which is probably the thing I like most of all!!! Thumbs up in my book will definitely go there again while I'm in town.
