I'd highly recommend steering clear of Always #1 Moving & Storage. Worst customer service ever - when/if someone actually answers the phone. Paid our contract in good faith then belongings were sent to a warehouse following pick-up and nobody will provide any honest, accurate information about where they are or when they might be shipped. We've been waiting for the past month with no end in sight. Have pursued a complaint with the BBB (though they aren't members), also filed a complaint with the DOT and the FMCSA. We're probably going to be stuck suing them or going through Arbitration at the very least. The FMCSA recommended that we report our belongings stolen so we're going to do that too. Seriously regret our decision to use this company. I'd say they are worth negative stars, not even the one you're obligated to leave for the review! HORRIBLE!
