You might walk in not knowing what to expect, but you'll find a half dozen things that you can't live without, and you'll leave with the inspiration to begin a couple of months worth of projects. And as much as you'll find some incredibly practical tools and supplies, you're just as likely to find a unique gift for a friend or a fun treat for yourself. Plus there's helpful and friendly staff, and parking in the back.

I get my tomatoes plants here, they have variety of corn seeds. Any other time you can get your deer food. They also have some selection of firm tools including the power saw. Not busy, easy check out.

A very unique little garden and natural living shop. I went in looking for kefir grains which they carried. Very few places in Columbus have this product. I enjoyed looking over their variety of fermenting crockery for making sauerkraut. They had lots of different size canning jars as well. I liked exploring the unique assemblage of gardening tools and urban chicken ranching gear. They also provide a service wherein you bring your own container and you can fill it up with things like detergent so that you don't have to throwaway the waste container. A unique and interesting shop

The wife and I used to live in the neighborhood. We went in right when it first opened. It certainly has grown and improved. We purchased a rain barrel and a few little things that I just had to have. This store has more niche items than the regular box stores. The staff was super helpful and informative. The best way to buy is local. We will be going back again.

If you have even a passing interest in progressing the world to a more sustainable state, and you’re looking for garden supplies, this is a great option for you. This shop has a good suppl of seeds and garden materials, with a focus on reused durable items, like canning supplies and cast iron.

This place is amazing! The people are helpful, interested in all your little homesteading projects, and host monthly swaps so you can get rid of your over abundance of peppers in exchange for homemade ginger ale, pawpaws, or super cool Jackalope stickers!

City Folk's is a great place. We can always find the things we need in smaller quantities then what you find at other store. The prices are great and people are always friendly, polite and very helpful!! Definitely check them out
