Horrible people I have never felt so stereotyped in my life When it was time to pay for the items She held every $20 bill in the air now That's understandable but then I paid for the other half with my debit card. And she asks for my I d I said I have never had anyone asked for my I d when using my debit card She said well people drop their debit cards and people use them. So what you're saying is you think my debit card is stolen I showed her the ID then a couple walked In after. Me? I Asked them did she I d u and they said no so there you have it

Went in to grab a few items quickly at 20 til midnight, when we walked in the woman rudely says “I’m closing in 4 minutes”. I mentioned the sign saying midnight to which she replied “ well my systems all shut down in 4 minutes.” So do you close at Midnight or at 11:40? Should probably change your sign if that’s the case.

Went in looking for a wig that wasn't a novelty costume one for a cosplay/CD/drag outfit I'm putting together. I knew I wouldn't find the exact style I wanted, but the selection was decent enough. Getting the wig was pretty much self serv, except for check out.I looked around the store after making my purchase. The selection seemed to be extensive, but not as much as The Garden or certain Lion's Den locations.

Call 30 minutes before arriving to see if you guys take Apple Pay and the woman said yes. Went instore to purchase almost 300 dollars worth of merchandise and the woman said that Apple Pay wasn’t working to day because of weather. Why tell people you guys can accept it if you can’t. This was my first time checking out this place and my last.*UPDATE*Called store to talk to the manger to tell her about last night and she said all the machines in Ohio were down because of a storm?? I told her that’s really not possible but okay she then told me that she didn’t need my business anyway. Overall was just very rude.But...I talked to a lady fro the Polaris location was was very sweet told me that she would get me in contact with her area manger and told me more information about the store. Most likely will be going there ?

Wish I could give it 0 stars the older lady with the undercut was extremely rude when i first walked in didn't even get to say hello before she was saying very rude " you need to leave the bag on the table " and then proceeded to talk negatively about my friend and I with another customer I then got what I needed and proceeded to check out with her I then ask her return policy for the dance wear and she gets a very nasty attitude and says " Excuse me read the sign " I came there to that location quite frequently for my outfits will no longer be going.
