Manager needs to get rid of the self checkout. 7am and he accuses me of stealing because I used the self checkout and bought two things. Followed me out to my car and made me show him what I had bought and he said what else and i repeatedly told him that was all. He gave me an attitude and asked how I paid, when I said I used the self checkout he just walked away, no apology, nothing all because I’d rather use self checkout than wait in a long line. After reading other reviews I realize this is not the first time he has falsely accused somebody. He needs an attitude check.

They stole my only gas money I checked out with the receipt and everything when I got to the pump it wasn't on there. They told me to call my bank and when I call my bank they told me that circle k put a hold on my money which was my only gas. The lady in there kept giving me an evil eye before I've been pumped my gas.

Was at circle k today Eric the manager was arguing with another customer decides to take it out on everybody had an ID you even showed it to him he continued to get rude so he lost two packs cigarette sale

They need to get rid of the manager.. Eric. He constantly puts his hands on people and always accuses people of stealing. I have a recorded video of his accusing a long time customer of stealing at 6 o'clock in the morning and when he was proven wrong he just smirked and still tried to blame me out of embarrassment. I will be uploading the video to social media and I will only be going to the Mobil/Marathon next door from here on out.

Went in to buy snacks and STUPIDLY paid $3.19/ea for 2- 3.14oz (a little bigger bag than a normal snack size you pick up in a grocery line) bag of PLAIN M&M's! They were in a bowl on top of the candy with a bunch of other M&M's & assorted bags of snack candies so I thought there was a sale since they were in the bowl (however no signage was posted??)Well, getting settled in the car and grabbing my M&M's they were BOTH tampered with! The bags had NO air in them at all! I noticed PRIOR to buying them the wrappers had marks on them and I thought it was due to being possibly squished in the bowl?THAT IS NOT THE CASE!! One bags end had 2 holes in the end where you COULD TELL someone had PULLED it OPEN just a little & the candy was falling out.The 2nd bag appeared to have needle marks??I immediately tried to call to advise them what happened but nobody would answer the phone!I will not be shopping a that Circkle K ever again!!

Very rude cashier, was made fun of cause I couldn't figure out tap to pay. Told me to move to the side, since I wasn't a paying customer. (My card was locked,Fyi) ended up paying but karma came flying in to help me. Total was 16 dollars for two sandwiches and two packs of cigarettes and he realized he had forgotten to ring up the other samwhich. I had asked him for an apology. He said nothing. I said I'll enjoy the free samwhich.... Jackass!

I was on Georgesville Road and I had to go to the bathroom so I went to Circle K.I went in and they're blocked off, they're closed because the manager says they're always dirty, you don't wouldn't want to see it. I told the man I was here a month ago y'all said the same thing.I was going to buy a hot dog and chips but I'm not going to eat my food while my hands are dirty I am not from the west side I'm from Worthington where we wash our hands.So I want the Sheets. I should have taken a picture of the closed sign.Next time I'm on the website I'll swing by there again and post about it again.I told the manager I told the manager this place is empty.. everyone is at Sheetz the bathrooms are never closed.She's got my business

Restrooms are blocked off to customers while they are serving food for sale ...manager lied about it and said closed for cleaning after I asked him why they were shut down. It was two large roll around 3' food displays blocking the hallway completely. Will never purchase from again ! Even had an armed security guard walking around inside the store

This place has gone down the drain. Can't get help from nobody ever since they put it that new computer. They purposely ignore you.
