Got gas and paid inside. Got out to pump it and the pump had some kinda error code. I go back in to ask the cashier to transfer it to the next pump. He says he can't do it. I've never been to a gas station where that was impossible. Anyways so I had to buy my gas again and get said I'll get my money back for not pumping. It's been over a week and its still taken out of my account and haven't received credit. Idk whats up with it but the gas is more expensive than the others in the area only reason I went is because I had 25 cents off a gallon but after I used that on my first transaction I ended up losing it buying gas again SMH

0/10 service I went in for a couple things and there’s a random stranger behind the counter with a cigarette in his mouth and the other clerk is doing sports betting right on the counter while there’s a line of customers. 11/2 around 4Pm

I go in here all the time especially with my children. Tonight, my 17 year old tried to go in for a cup of water and the workers were extremely rude and said since he is a child and had no parent that he couldn't come in. He was with his 18 year old friend and they still denied them access. I understand the kids in the area steal but you shouldn't be kicking out all kids, especially when he walked up to the cashier and was polite and was making sure he knew he brought his own cup. Ever since they got new staff, they've all been extremely rude.

There was a sign on the door that said “temporarily closed” but there was a worker in there eating. All of the lights on and gas pumps on.

Manager needs to get rid of the self checkout. 7am and he accuses me of stealing because I used the self checkout and bought two things. Followed me out to my car and made me show him what I had bought and he said what else and i repeatedly told him that was all. He gave me an attitude and asked how I paid, when I said I used the self checkout he just walked away, no apology, nothing all because I’d rather use self checkout than wait in a long line. After reading other reviews I realize this is not the first time he has falsely accused somebody. He needs an attitude check.

They stole my only gas money I checked out with the receipt and everything when I got to the pump it wasn't on there. They told me to call my bank and when I call my bank they told me that circle k put a hold on my money which was my only gas. The lady in there kept giving me an evil eye before I've been pumped my gas.

Was at circle k today Eric the manager was arguing with another customer decides to take it out on everybody had an ID you even showed it to him he continued to get rude so he lost two packs cigarette sale

They need to get rid of the manager.. Eric. He constantly puts his hands on people and always accuses people of stealing. I have a recorded video of his accusing a long time customer of stealing at 6 o'clock in the morning and when he was proven wrong he just smirked and still tried to blame me out of embarrassment. I will be uploading the video to social media and I will only be going to the Mobil/Marathon next door from here on out.
