Normally I don't do this but over the last week I have gone I to this location and the coolers are shut off so drinks are warm or gotten to the door and had employees sta ding there locking it saying were not able to be open right now and as soon as I'm out of veiw they unlock it for their buddy. I even had one employee who always seems under the influence of God knows what tell me they don't know how to take cash. Plus they are always on their cell phones.

Very unclean, trash containers always full outside, outside parking lot also trash on ground everywhere. They never have paper in pump for your receipt, always empty and you have to go inside for your receipt. Karl Road / Schrock Road Columbus Ohio.

Schrock Road Circle K. The pumps were on and people were getting gas. We need a receipt because we are a business. Pump did not print, went in to get on they told my employee that they couldn't give him a receipt, they weren't open. It was the manager and she was very rude. I called the station when he got back and got the manager and she cussed at me and told me there was no way to give a receipt that they weren't even open. I said the gas pump was on. She said no it wasn't they turned them off. I said if you turned them off then how did he get gas. She again cussed and she didn't know but they were closed. I asked for the manager and she told me she was the ** manager and that she told people to take a picture she could not provide receipts. I said then I need to speak to your boss and she hung up on me. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

So there's one time I went to Columbus to visit a friend. I'll stop by this place got some beer and then I went to rileys and when I was at the store I did not notice anything but after I came back from Riley's, I noticed there was caution tape and police, so I did not notice him but I guess there was a dude hiding in the beer cooler and he rob the place after I left. Next morning, no one was hurt. Stay safe.

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I witnessed the woman working the counter berate several customers in front of me. This should not be accepted by customers or corporate. Very disappointing. Wouldn't go back here if you paid me.

This lady “the store manager” kicked up out the store and didn’t let get our snacks!! Secs later while in our car there was a couple of white folks in the store but hey it is what it is. Terrible clientele. Fire this lady!

Bathroom was clean. Inside the store clean. Outside the store was in need of trash pickup there was a lot of trash out front in the grass. Good selection of gas station snacks and food.

Was told posted sales wont be honored and that if they don't ring up the way it should I'm supposed to contact the vendor like Pepsi or coke and when i asked for a higher ups contact information was basically told they cant do anything either. If circle k sees this I'd love a response to the issue as the employees that were on were definitely giving out false info in regards to the sales. As of current I wont be back to this location either.

Keep getting overcharged for my purchases pointed out today that they're charging me a dollar more than what's on the sign and literally got a shoulder shrug a few weeks ago was charged on my card for gas went to the pump would not pump gas but they still charged my card

3rd Shift Dan is the man!! He was very patient with us & Helpful. Extremely polite & super quick service! I’ll be back to this location because of this wonderful experience!
