Just @ the Hall/Norton Rd store in Alton, Ohio, bought a pack of camel red shorts and asked for a powerball w power play. Cashier gave me the cigs and change. But not my winning powerball ticket for tonight's drawing. I confronted him. Checked all my pockets and my purse. He still wouldn't budge. Bought another ticket. So if your over $3 or more on your register. It was me. Would it be great to have the winning ticket? You owe me a powerball ticket will trade for a Mega Millions ticket. Called the store, no answer, no leave a message. Sounds like fraud.
And you don't deserve a rating of 1! That was the lowest number.

The store isn't ever actually open, the doors have been locked more times than not when I've tried going here. When the store is open its cash only, no cards. Kind of shady, just go to the UDF across the street.

Positives: There are only 2 reasons I go to this store. #1. Tyler, the manager. If you have a problem, Tyler will help you the best he can. He is a great young man who really cares about the customers & his job. I used to visit this store multiple times a day, now I will ONLY go when he is working due to the Negatives listed below All of which he does NOT partake in & does NOT allow to happen when he is there. #2. The Sip & Save program. $7.99/mo and you receive one free beverage per day.Negatives: This location reminds me of high school. The gossiping about other employees, the bad mouthing of customers, the loud music, bad language, employees watching TV on their phones, no respect for anyones time, affairs with customers, I could go on and on.Also, Don’t bother trying to contact corporate with any issues, you will NEVER get a response. As you can clearly see in all of the reviews, the customers that gave them good reviews, they responded to. The rest, nothing. That is exactly who they are. Also, there shelves are restocked. Yes, they were bare for awhile during Covid, but it was like that everywhere.
