I should’ve read the reviews about their online service before I ordered. Package arrived but some of the items are missing! They processed my refund but not even the exact amount. Will never order at their online store again! If you guys are looking for another filipino online store just go to Sophia’s Home Favorites! That’s where I usually ordered my Filipino food they also have a frozen section and very fast shipping. I tried this chuchay’s supermarket coz I was expecting that it might be another good store but very disappointed.

I was glad to find somewhere with a UHaul rental available last minute, however, the gentleman helping me helping me check in/get the keys couldnt hardly be bothered to look away from his ipad chess game to actually help me..

Beware of online orders. Once they get paid they don’t care anymore! Not processing refunds! I ordered for my sister & All went to the trash coz of delay! lahat bulok na!! It is not my issue with the courier! You need to re examine your delivery & time process!! No continuity of business to check if the customers are happy of the items purchased!! Once they received payment, that’s it!! Does not care if the goods arrived in good condition or not. They don’t refund too!!

Update -- we did get a response from Chuchay via e-mail.. basically said NO PUR PROBLEM... here you ready it.. ""The items in question were shipped with ample ice packs to maintain their frozen state. Although the label was created, the items were not shipped the same day due to the weekend. However, once the shipment is released to the courier, we are no longer able to control potential delays that may occur. This protocol is in accordance with our frozen policy. Our policy ensures we prioritize time-sensitive shipments. Best regards, Chuchay's Supermarket"" you have got to be kidding.... our response to them Dear Management, So is this the best answer that you can provide to us? Your frozen policy? Screw your frozen policy! This is not the first time we have ordered frozen foods. But this is the first time we ordered from your business. It is very obvious there is no business continuity in your service, once you shipped regardless the items were shipped in good condition or not, you don't care anymore? You don't ask for feedback whether your customers are satisfied with the items that they ordered online. You screwed us up! If you were saying that you don't take responsibility once the items were shipped, then maybe it is about time for you to change your courier! It is not my issue to get back to the courier and blame them. I blame you!!! I wonder if you will feel so happy receiving the items in bad shape and can no longer be eaten. Unfortunately in our case, we paid $100+ so we can grant the simple wishes & cravings of my Sister who is fighting with cancer!! You have seen the items in pictures, all are bad condition and everything else have thrown away! This experience with your business left us with disappointment and anger, and I will make sure my friends, relatives and whoever I can share this experience (including Yelp & Google) We will never order from your store, ever again! You also lied to us on the shipping info. You said you made the label on one day, and waited till the USPS picked it up Monday, because it was the weekend. from USPS.. see below. you are correct you made the label up on Wed. 8-9, and yes USPS picked up the next day 8-10 Thursday and THEN IS STAYED IN THEIR HOT WAREHOUSE THURSDAY 8-10 TILL 8-14 MONDAY IN COLUMBUS, OH. ..with temps in the 80's This is of course your policy in action -- " Our policy ensures we prioritize time-sensitive shipments." Plus it took 7 days from picking it up, till delivery, Did you have enough ICE packs.. OHHHH heck no !!!!! They have ample stock and a variety of foods. The prices are exceptionally high. A package of rolls (pandesol) was over $10 for example. This is the type of market I would go if I had to have something but couldn't get elsewhere.

overpriced! a tip - make sure to check the expiration dates of their products before you buy, most of the products are really old. will not come here again.

Great spot to purchase Asian and Filipino products. There is a Filipino bistro right next to the store that offers amazing food as well

The prices in the shelves are Not the same price when I checked out. It was higher prices. Then they count more than what I bought. Instead of 8 they counted 10

A large selection of products can be found down any of the well stocked and beautifully displayed isles. This place looks like a movie set. You can't help but want to go back.
